I want to build a shed. I'm not a complete novice, but there are a few things I need guidance on. I found the website www.myshedplans.com and was impressed with the idea of having "perfect shed plans" plans with 1. Views from all angles, 2. Views of all details, 3.Dimensional drawings, 4. Complete and precise materials and cutting lists, 5. CAD designed drawings, 6. Used For labels, and 7. Step-by-step LEGO instructions. 12,000 "Perfect Shed Plans" the website boasts ... unfortunately, $50 later I can tell you it is all hype, let me list the problems:
- The 21 "most popular plans" are the ONLY ones worth anything and they look like they are taken right out of popular handyman or woodworking magazines. They do not have views from all angles, dimensional drawings or CAD drawings.
- The CAD drawings ... worthless ... not enough information to do anything with.
- Other than the 21 "most popular plans", the rest are .pdf files that are scans or photos of magazine articles or partial architecture plans (most of them from some government agency: University of Tennessee, University of Maryland, State of North Dakota, etc.)
There are NOT 12,000 "perfect shed plans". In addition to the 21 "most popular plans" there are five .zip files containing 119 1-3 page .pdf files, and a few shed "plans" in other "Bonus" .zip file for probably around 200 "plans". I'm still looking for the other 11,800 "perfect shed plans" These are the same crap plans I have purchased from eBay for $9.99 on a DVD.
Unless you are a professional contractor, these are WORTHLESS.
Do NOT waste your money, the information from this website is a joke and will not help a DIY'er build a shed.
I am going to try to get my money back, but I am not hopeful. Please don't fall victim to this!
My shed plans is a complete scam. They keep the money, and you receive no product.
I bought the product and received nothing. After a month of waiting for it, i contacted the site by email to inquire why i had not received the product. I received no reply. I next contacted clickbank by email to obtain a refund, and, again, i received no response. So, clickbank is also party to the scam.
All of the positive reviews about this product are from those selling it, not from those who may have tried to purchase it. The sellers perpetrating the scam flood the internet with such links as "my shed plans-scam?" and "my shed plans reviews" with a positive review and a pitch for the product. So, it is very difficult to find out the truth that it is just a rip-off.
Do not waste your money. Do not try to purchase my shed plans. You will just be giving your money to thieves.
