On June 2nd 2019 I entered an agreement with Ryan Martens, owner of Classic Roadsters of Canada For the purchase of a set of molds and remaining inventory from Classic Roadsters Canada and Classic roadsters II, to produce and sell replacement parts to the kit car Industry. Mr. Martens and I negotiated a price and discussed how to get the product out of Canada and back to Oregon. Over the next 18 months we had exchanged multiple texts, emails, and phone calls concerning delivery options and to acquire a complete inventory list of the sale.
Mr. Martens has been increasingly evasive in sending the list of contents of the loose boxed inventory I requested. He had on several occasions told me that he will do so. Each time was followed by an increasing list of excuses as to why he has not followed through. On October 28 2020 I traveled to Qu'Appelle Saskatoon to pick up the items I purchased. I met with Ryan on Saturday October 31st and inspected the moulds and the approximately 20 boxes of small parts inventory that was part of the whole purchase. At That time he said they were in his mother-in-laws basement and he did not have a key. Also that she had just left town for a few days. Ryan said that he would ship the boxes to me within a few days.
On Nov 10 2020 I contacted Ryan asking for an update on the boxed items. He responded later saying " I'm going through them this weekend. I inquired again on the 15th of November and the 16th 2020. Ryan responded that his mother in law was in quarantine and that he would call me on the 17th. I have done almost daily texts and or calls to no response since. December 13th after several unanswered calls Ryan said he was sorting boxes and would call the next day. December 15th still nothing from Ryan. December 20th
