Code 175.830 A commercial Underground Storage Tank (UST) removal requires not only the physical removal of the UST it salso requires an Environmental Site Assessment consisting of (6) six soil samples from the UST excavation. RW Collins does not provide Site Assessments for potential clients and therefore is deceving and frauding them. The customer thinks they getting a complete tank removal and they are cheaper than competition because they do not include Required Site Assessment Soil Samples in their price. Then, on the day of the tank removal after thye have removed the tank and it is discovered it has leaked they give the customer a the name of a Environmental Consultant to do the Required Soil samples and reports per 175.830change order with outrageous prices to clean up the soil from the leaking tankin pure bait and switch manner.
To have a tank removed by RW Collins is like going to McDonalds drive up, ordering a Big Mac. After you pay your money they had you a nice bag with your Big Mac. You open the wrapper and there ius a bun with no meat. You go back through the drive thru and complain that there is no meat and they say we do not sell meat with our Big Mac.
