As a background we are seasonal visitors to the Yuma area. We live fulltime in our motor home. In May we decided to buy a motor home fron RV World. Being a new coach it soon needed repairs. I took it to the dealer and they supposedly made the repars, but as soon as I got home I found they had not repaired it. I returned it to the dealer, but was told they were swamped and could not fix it. I explained the we were seasonal and had stayed our six month limit. I was told not to worry the repairs could be made when I returned.
We returned in Jan 2016 and I contacted the dealer. I was told thei next available appointment would not be until March, 28th. On March 27th my wife called and asked what time to bring it in. She was told they did not have us on the schedule, and the next available opening was May 1st.
By now several more thing needed repair. We were told they could do the work in one day, i I knew this wasn't possible so I arranged for a motel for that night, As expected they repairs were not completed. I told the service manager that if they needed to keep it longer to pleases call me so I could keep the room. THEY KEPT THE COACH FOR 5 DAYS, and at no time called us.
It took calling and insisting we get the coach back, Everything they repaired broke again within two days after getting the coach back. The "repairs' were completed on May 6th, a week before our warranty expired. It is obvious that to take it back will result inour paying for the work because we left Yuma, instead of staying and having the work done
