Purchased $13,700 RV based on pictures and information supplied by CCM. Flew down to Calif. to pick it up. Was not like anything they presented. Since they skirt around ebay rules b y requiring buyers to pay by paying with a bank to bank transfer instead of PayPal there is nothing ebay can do. If you google Clear Choice Motors "reviews" you will find many just like me. I wish I had done that first!
Sales rep john fairchild called after listing on craigs list, said we can get more than your listing price.also said i could get a full refund if i sol it or removed it.i could call for it,anytime. the price was 199.00 if i took the calls or 249.95 if they took the calls.after not hearing anything for a year i called and requested my refund and guess what, the money was all eat up by their advertising costs.i called john fairchild to ask about his promise but he wouldn't talk to me.handed me off to a party tha did'nt want to talk to me either.the co. finally called back and basickly can't control wal the rep says or don'say.
maybe this complaint will keep more from getting riped off.doesn't seem like alot omonry but on a fixed income,it is.
This company called me upon locating my ad for selling my RV. They were very helpful and told me I'd probably have a sale within 30-45 days (based on their averages). It has been over 75 days, and I haven't even had one call. I am a careful consumer and am smart with my money. I also let them know my husband is in the military, hoping they would value that. I looked up their company and they seemed legit. But now, after discovering your website, I am very upset that they might not actually be doing anything for us. We could have invested the $300 they took into running ads with other legitimite sales resources and I feel we may have lost time here, and potentially customers. That also means value decreases. My husband and I are very upset and feel compensation is the least we are entitled to.
