I purchased a hard shell spare tire cover for our new RV in july of 2017. We have not received it yet, and when I called to inquire about it I was told that the new company that they were using now was really slow. Well it is now October 31st and I have not been able to contact them.

I would like to get a refund or get my merchandise as this was the only place we could find that had exactly what we wanted.

On August 28, 2015 we ordered some RV parts that work in our shuttle buses. Our CC was charged at that time as part of the online order. After several weeks we called about the shipment and were told it was on back-order. After several more weeks and months with more calls it was still on "back-order".

It is now March 2, 2016 and still no delvery. WE have made many attempts to get them to do a full refund but they just don't even answer the phone and there is no way to leave a voice message. We are now in the process of doing a chargeback for $73.98

I placed an order with RV and Van Surplus for a stainless sink, range hood and some table legs on Dec 18, 2015. I promptly received an email thanking me for my order and that my items would be shipped out within 5-7 business days and that I would receive an email with tracking information at that time.

I waited until after the holidays to follow up thinking that there may have been a delay in getting everything our due to Christmas, New Years etc... I called on 4 Jan, 2016 and was told by Bob that was the case and they expected to get my order out the door in the next few days. They were just waiting for the sink to come from their supplier--which they expected in later that week.

I called again on Friday the 8th and was told they were still waiting for the sink from their supplier. It should be any day now.

I called again the following week and was told Bob was in a meeting and he would call me right back. No call back. I was able to get a hold of Bob a day or two later and was told that the sink was in a shipment from China and waiting in customs--it should be cleared any day now. Fast forward to the 8th of February, still no tracking number, still no call back or email with information. I called Bob and asked him the status of my order. I was told it was they were still waiting on the sink to come in from customs. I asked if he had the other items in stock and maybe he could just ship those to me: Nope, nothing in stock. I asked him to cancel my order and he said no problem he would cancel it and take care of it.

Now we're into March and no refund. They have not responded to emails or phone calls regarding the issue. I am taking up a dispute with my credit card company to reverse the charges.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. I own a small company so I understand the importance of customer service and delivering on your promise. RV and Van Surplus fails on both accounts.

There are plenty of other vendors out there that deliver what they say they can and will be able to meet or beat their prices.

Avoid this company and save yourself the aggravation.
