Purchased a refurbished Rv Refrigerator Coil for are Rv from Rv Fridge House last March 2016. Started my Rv up and started the Refridgerator this year and it dident work at all. Called the Rv Fridge House Spoke with Jerry Collins He promised if we sent the Unit back which we did he would send another one out to us, We shiped it FedX with a recipt and have been trying for several weeks to talk to Jerry Collins about the new one comming and to no availabilty. Left several Phone messages and still no return call. Now we are out of $525 dollars . Every time you call at the end of his messages he uses God Bless you. That to me is an Insult to any religeon , Poseing as a good Religious person. Then screwing every hard working citizen of o Money. Then if you listen to the News report the Attoirney General is telling The news outlet people should check the BBB before you buy anything outside of Ar, Well let me ask how many people out there see something and have trust in a Godly person? The BBB in AR needs to stop blaming the public and shut this crook down this is what are Taxes pay for and your elected to office for. I dont care what state you live in there needs to be someone who will help everyone.
I received a rebuilt Dometic RM 2811 refrigerator core from the RV fridge House in February, 2017. I have tried at least 10 times by phone and email to get the owner to send the promised shipping lable to me so I can send back the core to validate the warranty of 5 years and also to properly dispose of the toxic core. After I finally wrote an email saying I would write him on sites like this he called me to chew me out and said go ahead and that he had already sent it. I told him I never recieved it so please resend it. He said he would. Needless to say it never arrived. So now I will have to try and neutralize the core with the ammonia in it and put in the tranfer station to go to God knows where. I guess my warranty won't be honored wither. Big surprise there.
I ordered a rv dometic ndr 1292 cooling coil, paid $800.00 by credit card, now I get no answer by phone or email
I do not have the coil. I can't use my motorhome , because I have the refrigerator out waiting for the part ordered over two weeks ago.
I called and ordered a rv cooling unit from the people at rvfridgehouse in August, 2016. Two or three weeks after debiting my checking account, I called them and finally received the unit.
We installed the unit ourselves. We left it running for over a week (close to 2 weeks) and determined that it wasn't going to cool the refriderator.
I called them and explained to them what was going on and was informed they would send me a return confirmation label and I should take it to FedEx to return to them. I had to call them a few times to get the label sent to me. Once I got the label, I went to FedEx to return it and at first they said the label was not valid but finally got it to work.
I called them a little over a week later and they told me that they received it and they would take care of the refund. When I didn't receive it within a little over a week, I called and was told they would send it out that Friday because Friday was when whomever takes care of bookwork does it. I called the next Thursday or Friday and was once again given the run around.
I would call sometimes daily ever since then and either would be told it was taken care of or they wouldn't answer the phone at all. On two occasions, I was left on hold for 15-20 minutes before I would give up and hang up. I even had a friend who is a lawyer in the state of Arkansas send them a letter thinking maybe that would help. Evidently not.
To this day, I haven't heard from them or received any of my money back. I used my debit card for this transaction but they said they would be sending a check.
waits for check to clear, then sends to wrong address. bad core...no cooling. wont answer calls, blames you. 41 years experience here...jerry collins is a crook. hides behind jesus. nucold is another name. watch for other names for the business...look at the address and stay away...attorney general wont charge him if he ships out of state..So thats what he does and he know he gets over on you

We had a charge on our credit card from this company. I made several calls to him and was told many lies. I can't talk now I will call you back whenI get back from Little Rock. Would blame the error on his warehouse people. During one call he acted like he had never talked to me and acted like he did not recoginze the name. Most of the time he would not answer his phone and would never return the calls. At times he would hang up on me when I would question him and get angry with him.
I did contact the Arkansas Attorney General and the States Attorney. I am told that he is not allowed to sell within Arkansas, but of course sells on the internet. They are aware of his practice, but for some reason can't get hold of him.
He is a liar, do not buy from this man. I promise you will be sorry.

This cat is a ripoff. Sent cooling unit and took money from my account. Unit took forever to get. Did not work. Talked to on phone several times and always promised to send my money. Guy says his name is jerry but doubt that is even true. This company needs to have the doors shut immediately and the owner serve some time.
Paid $ 800.00 for a cooling unit I never recieved.
I made numerous calls but never recievd a call back, always an answering machine. I did recieved a text message on 01/31/2018 send from his I phone, after I called him running a shady business. He text me that the 1292 unit was picked up and he would send me the tracking number the following day, and that he is not a shady business but extremely busy and short handed with the flu going around.
I'm still waiting on that tracking number. I made more calls, and finally I got a call back from a woman named Wendy, who took my order in the first place, and she told me she was not in the office at the moment, and she could not understand why the unit was not shipped out, and that she would contact whomever she was going to contact and tell this person to call me, the call never came.
At this moment, I have no contact at all, and lost my $ 800.00
Now I'm sending around 150 text message to both phones a day, make calls and hold the answering machine as long as I can and keep asking for my money back. I do not want the part anymore, because I do not trust these people to send me a part that might not even work.
Sent a check then saw that it was a scam, luckily I stopped payment on the check before it cleared. I'm only 4 hours away and am glad he didn't get my money because I'm not above driving out to visit a crook. Feel bad for others who were not so lucky..
wired money for an urgent order. Mr. Collins assured me cooling unit was in stock and that he would send as soon as payment received. He told me VISA machine was hacked and could not use it so wire the money. I did and of course he does not answer the phone or return my calls. He is under investigation by Arkansas Attorney General. Do not do business with these crooks
Called to check them out on a sunday,lady answers says she can take my order.i offer to pay with a credit card, she says they are having trouble processing cards but I could mail a check. Like an idiot I did. For 490.00 After a week,and no word I call one number,no answer, tried other number left voice mail,.After multiple calls and voice mails, I finally spoke with "a good ole" boy , who told me my part shipped last tue, my check cleared my bank the next day.It 's been over a month, no part, bank can't help because I didn't use a card. Can only go to police now, file a fraud report and watch them laugh, good scam them folks got......
I have a problem with this company, they sent me a return slip for my rv cooling system. I sent them the cooling system for a Norclod rv refridgeator and sent check for $475.00 now after several e-mails to them and phone call no responce check was cashed and i still have nothing
I needed a cooling coil for rv frid, called and talk to Wendy. Had some problem with taking a credit card wanted me to send a check, dumb me, I sent the check.
No coil out my money. If you deal with these people you will lose.
On May 3, 2017 this company received payment in the amount of $481 for repairs to be performed on my refrigerator coil. When I called several days later to check on the status of the repairs, I was told that they had not received my payment of $481.00. They suggested that I send them cash through the mail or send the money by Western Union. I told them I was not paying them the $481 twice. Upon contacting my bank the same day I was told that my payment had indeed been paid and had cleared my bank. To this day, July 6, 2017 I have not received my repaired coil nor my $481. I have purchased a new coil but needless to say, NOT FROM THEM!! I have reported them as a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. When talking with them on the phone in the beginning of this situation I was fooled into believing that they were a Christian business! What an insult to any Christian organization.
