New heating unit put in by my mom under North Carolina State Weatherization program in 2015 by this company
Broke down in 2018 still under part warranty
Paid 700 .00 for two and a half hours. The service man " went for a part and was gone 3hours for the part
Finally had to call the company to have the service person to adjust the thermostat the man came back -wanted 80.00 more
He walked out mumbling under his breath and slammed the door so hard I thought the storm door would crack
The next year 2019 the heat went again . I would not call these people and choose a different repair service
iI have contacted the State of North Carolina The main man Mr Hogsden told me probably they could not do nothing
I want to know how this bidding worked for the Weatherization Program I want to know
overcharged
