Over the years my name has appeared on several class lists where it should not have appeared. In nearly every case Rust Consulting is the administrator of the tort. Due to thier dishonest business practices, I do not want them posessing my name, address, phone, email, or any other information. They have so far refused to globally block my name from any tort that they administrate.
I received a letter from State of California Controllers office informing me that RUST CONSULTING has unclaimed property (money) belonging to me. The letter provided me with a phone number to Rust Consulting. I have called 7 times and left message on their automated telephone system. The recording informs me that I will recieve a response within 48 hours. After 2 weeks of calling, they still have not returned my call. There is no option of speaking to a "live" person, so all I can do is continue leaving them messages with the hopes they will return my call before the 3 week deadline to claim my money is imposed.
I'm sure the businesses who retain their services to process financial distributions of claims have no problem reaching them. It's on;ly the individuals who are entitled to a distribution that cannot reach Rust Consulting. Terrible, terrible customer service.
I am at their mercy to get the money they are holding that belongs to ME.
People are blaming the company who is the administrator and if you know anything about class actions you know the party that was being sued doesn't admit guilt but agrees to pay a portion to settle the case. They may very well not pay the funds and may do many other legal manuevers to accomplish nonpayment.

Rust Consulting LLC is supposed to be, according to their website, a leader in Class Action Settlement Administration. The only thing they lead in is lying to the individuals who are supposed to be paid. Take for instance, and to the other reports which are accurate, the Korean Airline settlement which they are administrators for.
It's been 2 years since the settlement has ended and all disputes have been cleared. They said last Christmas that checks would be out, they changed it to March. In March they changed it to May in May they changed it to July in July they changed it to Late SUmmer. Now in Late summer they changed it to still in progress. How much interest do they need to collect to decide to mail out checks?
2 years they have been lying to the people who have been waiting for checks. 5 backtracks and no end in sight for these checks to come out many people are getting really angry now. They don't care, won't give updates, stated publically they know the numbers, but won't release them. Now they want to create a website to help distrubute coupons. How much longer is that going to take? Who knows. Six months or more.
This is really a company that is terrible and should close doors down. One website has it's estimate at $500 per customer and with the Korean clientelle barred from settlements this should be $670. If it's lower than the $500 something is really wrong.
One website has a message board and there are a lot of people very angry over this. This company should lose it's license.
