Dan Digiacomo-a patholgical liar and a theif! purchased a sick in breed dog-they know they buy from uncredited puppy mills then sell it to the public for a profit.... purchased a dog-they stated it was healthy and that it had all its shots-nope it didnt.. 3 days after having it home,the dog couldnt walk,and became so ill, it couldnt get out of its cage. long story short, we have spent over $15,000 dollars on this dog, got a letter from the vet, all the medical bills documented, did not dispute it on my credit card, because their policy at the pet center is that "they will refund you" . Amazing, nothing has happened,they are in breach, i have sent 68 emails, including calling 5x day ,where they tell me thw owner is :NEVER: there! i finally called the news channell, and am getting them involved now--the owner DAN- a pathalogical liar, claims he never received the 102 emails i sent him. when i faxed the paperwork in, john the manager suggested i put the dog DOWN!!! why would i spend monies on MRI and $15k to keep this poor dog alive , and you advise me to put it down? wow! this is why their other location has been shut down by the state of Ca. i am now pursuing legal-breach of contract,since i do have the letter from my vet,just as requested. I am also learning i am not the only person who has had this experience with Russo's pet center. there are several websites with people coming forward with the same problem. My poor dog, who is basically handicapped for the rest of her life, will need medications on a daily basis in or the amount of $168/month . John-the not so smart manager stated that nobody told you to keep the "dog alive, you should have put the dog down and you wouldnt have incurred all these fees". how about you do your job, and abide by your stated contract terms!!!
