The customer service is horrible. I ordered cookies, sweets and candies at this online store totaling around $80. Had it shipped. When they arrived, 1lb bag of cookies was molded! I looked around on the package and the expiration date has been blanked out. I contacted the store to get a refund for just that 1lb of cookies. They cost me $4 out of the $80 order. No response, I sent an email with a picture. 4 days later I get an email back saying they don't take back or refund used merchandise No I'm sorry, nothing. Just we don't take used merchandise back and we don't refund. What? How was I supposed to know the cookies were molded unless I opened the bag! Some of the chocolate I ordered wasn't fresh either. I'm glad i got off easy and the majority of my order wasn't bad. But WOW how do you do business like that! I'm Russian, and I'm ashamed this company operates like this! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T SHOP THERE
The customer service is awful and terrible. Try to contact to them, do not to give any information about supervisor's name or business owner. No respect at all. Just still my money out of me and do not want to get any responsible for it. Awful service and site. NEVER use it, never buy nothing from this site!
Expired food.
They send expired food product, do not want to replace it or give the refund for it. They provide terrible customer service. They filling temself not gilty and do not want to take any responcibility.
