This company can not be trusted and is a waste of time and money! They use bait and switch tactics to lure you in and then price gouge. They supposedly process passport applications, but their office can not be trusted!
Their employees all say different things, event the boss, Roman, is completely unprofessional, first saying he can help for a low price, and then half way through the process, saying oh, no, I can't do that, this is going to be more complicated and cost more and take longer.... Completely unprofessional!
