I wish I could give this less than 1 star. I booked a hot air balloon for my husband and I for our anniversary. The ride was cancelled (at the last minute hat morning I called, and they told me it was cancelled the night before, and no one called me). I had to find other activities that I had to pay for. I emailed rush cube to ask for a refund, explaining the situation. I got an email back saying they would review my case. A couple weeks later I emailed again. Then, on a Sunday, three weeks later, they called. They called to tell me they could not give me a refund. I explained that I needed the money to pay off my credit card bill since I had to spend other money for the anniversary day. In the 45 minutes I spent on the phone with Kiara and Heather from rush cube, neither seemed to care. I asked them if holding my $580 hostage was worth having an unsatisfied customer. They said they could not budge on their policy, but that I could use my air balloon ride another time. Terrible company. There are other companies where you do not have to provide payment until the day of the ride, which means if you don't go on your ride you don't have to pay. I made a mistake not going with those companies. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid rush cube.

Lied About Service and Refused Refund

They misrepresented the service. I called asking for a refund. They customer service rep was rude and denied my request for refund. She put me on hold twice, then hung up on me!

Stay away!

SCAM!!!!!!!

WARNING!!!! Please NEVER book anything with this company! They are scam artists. They told me that I could easily pay in advise to secure my spot of skydiving for a bachelor party and told me to call back in 2 weeks to secure the date (Friday). I called back in about 2-3 weeks and they told me that I was all set and booked. I received a called 1.5 hrs later telling me that I couldn't have Friday as they are only doing activities on weekends... well the wedding is Saturday I told them and that wouldn't work. I called to get a refund the next day. They said it was MY date error and that I could not get a refund because they are such a big company and can offer me something that will work. I told them I only bought this for a party and was lied too. They then told me no because I was lying and their phone records never said I asked for a date. This company is full of liars and scammers!!!!!

PLEASE PICK A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not book with this company! they lied about where they could deliver a balloon ride. They lied about looking into my refund. They lied about calling me back. They lied about sending me emails. They lied about crediting my credit card. They lied about sending a check. After 2 months of countless phone calls, on hold for 20 minutes each time with a new lie about what was the delay, i finally got a refund for a service they admitted they were never unable to deliver.

SCAM Alert

This company is not legitimate. Please review YELP and BBB reviews for more info before considering doing business with them. I ordered a gift certificate that was not received for 5 days. The phone number of the agent I used did not work the next day. After calling customer service, I was left on hold for more than 20 minutes and finally hung up but did not receive a callback. It took 8 calls to different lines to get a manager on the phone. There is a huge disregard for customer service and providing gift certificates purchased. It took full documentation and credit card disputes to finally get a refund. If there are other options, please consider using them. RushCube knows they have major issues and have for some time but do not address the issue.

Thrillant RushCube 860-581-4466 selling skydiving and helicopter tours that they won't deliver Kennesaw

RushCube aka Thrilliant offeres adventure tours such as helicopter tours. I purchased a half hour tour for three for $526 as a gift but when I went to schedule the tour I began to experience an endless series of delays and apologies for the delays. After sending seven email asking to schedule a tour and having two phone calls I finally called, sat on hold for a very long time and pressed tthe issue to try to get the services I was promised.

Many of their tactics raised red flaggs, when I called to schedule the tour they wanted to tell me when i had called down to the minute and day and what I said. I told them I didn't care and just wanted to schedule my tour. It was clear in the end that this tactic was leading up to informing me that they had made everything clear, specifically the no-refund policy. I don't really want a refund I want the tour I purchased but they can't deliver.

In an email responce they indicated it required a day to schedule a tour, I never got a final responce after trying for two weeks to get my tour scheduled. When I called they were able to get the tour guide on the phone instantly, I was not allowed to speak with the tour guide and it was clear from the amount of information the agent had on the tour guide that they hadn’t actually called anyone. To make a long story short they changed the city that they said the tour was offered from with went from being in the town we are staying to having to drive 6 hours then the dates we asked for became unavailable.

Between the stallnig and every other tactic to discourage us to the point of making it impossible.

After some investigation I found that they are just a broker that calls up and schedules a tour with whoever they can find after you buy your tour. This is how highly disreputable companies work. It’s OK to be a broker but the reputable companies have agreements with the providers and even purchase inventory. This company can’t commit or offer a real service because they haven’t purchased anything nor do they have any agreements that commit the tour companies to provide what they are selling. So if they get lucky you might get what you paid for but I’m not sure they want you to redeem you pre-paid certificate for a tour. They are looking to fatigue you so they can keep your money.

I’m hoping I can dispute the charge on my credit card but I don't expect to see my money or get the tour I purchased. It would be far better if I had done some research and found the actual provider of the tour than paid a middle man who’s only interest is in scamming me out of my money.

Scammed

I emailed a company through groupon. Apparently they some how were attached to a different company with the same name but different websites (aka the one I was trying to get ahold of was .com and the one Groupon had associated with was .org) I received an email back from Rush Cube saying they could book me. I called and told her what I was looking for, and that I wanted it on the weekend and that I was just making sure it was available before I bought the Groupon. She told me that if I bought the Groupon that I would only be able to schedule on Wednesday mornings, not on the weekends, and I would have to schedule through them if I wanted it on the weekend and of course it was for a little bit over a $100 more. So I did, then I received a call from the REAL piolit I was trying to get ahold of before I emailed him (well who I thought was him) stating that he is available from groupon on the weekends and he dosent even know who this company is. So when I called back I was told I was not Allowed a refund even though they lied to me, and gave me fraudulent information. So now.. they are going over the phone records and will get back to me.. we will see how this goes.. bottom line theyre scammers and lie and over charge DO NOT book with them.

Rushcube

So if you’ve ever thought about skydiving, this is something that would benefit you when booking your skydive. I would go through a company called Rushcube. They are a brokerage firm for skydiving and other adventure sports.

First, I have read a ton of reviews on them and the only negative reviews I see are that refunds are not issued or that the dates for the activity changed or was not able to be met. When you check out the company you see that they offer due to whatever the situation may be, you have two years to reschedule that event. That is a year longer than the Drop-zones themselves. The drop zone is where you will go to do your jump.

Second, I see and read bad reviews that stated with skydiving or hot air balloon rides with Rushcube that they didn’t get the city view or what not…Well, if you think about it, you cant really sky dive over a busy city? There are FAA regulations and common sense that play a part in why not. I wouldn’t like to smack into a skyscraper would you? I’d much rather jump out of an airplane over some land with a nice view and clean air, wouldn’t you?

Last, with the refunds its clearly stated in Rushcubes policies or terms of agreement that it is non-refundable and that you have up to two years to re-book or plan another skydive, balloon ride or whatever it is that they may offer. I find that extremely fair.

Dealing with Rushcube multiple times, I’ve had no issues and the sales and customer service reps are awesome!

Horrible company. Poor customer service skills and the employees lie. Each person I talked to lied about the service they promised to give. All I needed was a gift certificate and never got it with the proper name or in the time that they promised. Birthday is over now and I don't need or want it. And of course they refuse to give me my money. Buyer please beware. I would hate for you to experience what I'm feeling.
