I only get paid on the 14th of each month and knew if I waited until December that she might not get it.
I was sent an e-mail that showed the card had been mailed on November 15, 2016. Today is November 26, 2016 and I have still gotten no card. I contacted customer service and was told they don't issue tracking numbers. This is a problem because it is their word against mine. Tracking is free and I don't understand why they don't provide you with this. I was also told the card had been shipped by them and there was nothing they could do.
This is an incorrect statement. They have to type in the card number to make sure it is activated. They could have cancelled that card and simply mailed me another one to make sure I have something and they could have provided me with a tracking number for the second card. They have refused to do anything for me.
I am now contacting them twice each day by e-mail until they do something. This is unacceptable. I am a single parent who doesn't have much money and have a hard time buying for my daughter for Christmas and she doesn't ask for much. I am just simply asking for the card to be sent to me or to have my money restored to me. I don't really care at this point in time as long as the situation is taken care of by them.
