I bought what I thought was a Pandora Bracelet and charms. Months later I found out that the items purchased were FAKE! I emailed them to request my money back and was told they have a thirty day money back guarantee and could not help me!? What?!?! I thought I was purchasing PANDORA not a fake so why should I be out of money for something they claim they bought from another vendor. I was cheated out of my money so if you bought so called Pandora from Ruelala have it appraised. I thought this company was good because of all of the things they sell. Apparently I was wrong, NEVER AGAIN!
