I am requesting refunds of my money for using my credit card for the unsatisfied services for my friend in the amount of $2,455.00 and also, $2,910.00 for the bill that I paid for the oral surgeon, Dimitry Y. Tsvetov for correcting the damages he did for my friends teeth.

On September 24, 2017, we went to talked to him with his Bookkeeper and agreed not to go to court as long us we write a request of payments and all paperworks to be sent to his office, and he will be submitting to his Accountant and his lawyer for refund.

I sent a certified letter of all the required documents that he needed to his office, but he refused and the letter came back. I called his Bookkeeper, Mayra Castellon and she told me to send another letter on her attention.

After two weeks, I followed up the letter and she said that she got the letter and she sent it to their accountant. That was the last time I heard from her and both refused my phone calls.

On September 09, 2014, was the first time my friend and I were at his office. Dr Paz recommended three implants and started that day. Unfortunately, as days goes by it's so much pain and I called the office and he prescribed him some pain killers and antibiotics.

We went back to his office and he did finished the implants and it seems that the implant is loose and keep on coming off. Again, he prescribed more antibiotics for many months. The implants are broken and tried to patched it by inserting post and are pushing his sinus.

The antibiotics and the pain killers that was given to him for many months was making him so weak and very sick. Also, he suggested that he will do bone implants in between the broken and loose posts but the damaged was done and he wants more money.

Other dentist's opinion won't solved the problem. Due to the infection and hard to chew, We asked an oral surgeon, Dr. Dmitry Tsvetov, DDS, MD. for his opinion and also Guy Nash, DDS and they have the same opinions that Dr. Paz should did bone implants frist before doing the implants to hold the posts and to protect his sinus. Dr.Tsvetov falled out all the three implants and finally the abscess and pain were gone.

Hoping this will resolve this problem and best for all the unsatisfied patients on his care, in the past, present and in the future. thank you very much!!!
