Mr. Rudy Caldera engages in ergregious misconduct with the intent to harass the tenant(s). In the past two and half years, Caldera has removed or evicted five separate families/individuals from his property located at 33485 Megan Court, Lake Elsinore California 92530.
I leased the property from Rudy Caldera on 09/22/17, paid my rent on the due date as agreed upon. In the month of October 2017, the harassment began. I received a frivilous three day notice for replacing his frigerator for a stainless steel one, installed a stainless microwave and and an upgraded stainless steel stove. I received a three day notice for "Subletting," which is false. Rudy has a law firm that representS him. The name of the firm is Liddle & Liddle located in Glendora CA. The firm boasts that they have conducted over 90K evictions since the firms' inception. Rudy and his Attorney engage is bad faith actions with the intent to harass. They do not properly serve you or notify you of the any pending litigation. Mr. Caldera preys on the ignorant tenant and engages in retaliatory actions with the intent to harass the individual.
Mr. Caldera will watch you and the property at all hours of the day. The Riverside Sheriff's Department has been called out to the property on three separate incidences for stalking and harassment.
The property is in fair condition. There is evidence of earthquake damage, water leaks and termite damage. The termite damage is an infestation of the interior part of the property near the family and kitchen areas. The balcony off the master is not safe, has evidence of wood rot and the support beams are spiltting with nails exposed. Do not walk on the balcony. It is not safe. The property has an issue with the heating unit and upstairs it is an enferno and the downstairs temperature is typically ten to fifteen degress cooler. Your gas and water bills are very high due to the issues with the property.
The property is not a safe place to reside nor do you have any mental peace renting from Mr. Caldera. His INTENT IS TO HARASS YOU, COLLECT YOUR DEPOSIT AND MOVE ONTO THE NEXT VICTIM! It is a complete racketeer for Mr. Caldera. Collect the deposits and move on. I am the fifth family in two and half years. His Attorney has represented him for 12 years since he purchased the property 12 years ago.
Rudy does not have a property management company to maintain the property. He does not maintain the property at all. Mr. Caldera resides in El Monte and he views this property as "his personal property," instead as an investment property. He acts in a manner that is obsessive and complusive. If you do not acquiesce to his demands and ludicrous treatment he will EVICT YOU FOR NO REASON. He will concoct a scenario or situation to file an unlawful detainer against you. His Attorney held onto my rent and refused my rent to file an unlawful detainter.
I filed a State Bar Complaint against his Attorney George Liddle for bad faith actions, impeding due process and the intent to cause harm.
