I was looking for a replacement engine on my truck, put in a requests on car-part.com, I received a call from rtsautoparts.com stating they had a couple of engines available.
I asked for them to send the vin number of the engine with less miles on.
Received an engine that had over 125K miles in 2009 and looked like it had been underwater for the last 5 years.
Has been a week since I started trying to obtain an RMA number and still being jerked around.
This company is not worth doing business with her stay away from them i bought it in june and september they promised me this indianhead 32,000 miles on before i paid for it i told him i need a statement of mileage for the sand or replacement for the one i have burn off in my car at 2014 chevy cruz they told me yes i will send you a statement on mileage email it to you so i can pay them $1050 well two weeks later and several complaints about it where is it out and norma a statement of mileage i told him that i wanted a refund says no i had no engine and they said suddenly oh we just put it on the ups truck stillstill no statement and mileage also they gave me a six month warranty so when the engine finally arrived a month and a half later i look at this engine it look like it been sitting out in the corner lot since 2014 it was oxidized it was ugly looking up how to tag on it that said 90 day warranty and still no statement of mileage so i refuse the engine it look bad i wasn’t going to take it i wasn’t gonna pay a mechanic a lot of money to stylet and take the chance that it would not run and have to pay to take it out and put another one out so i refuse to pick up since i had no proof of mileage had no proof of a six month warranty what can i do so i returned it and the man of my money even went to my bank and they refused to return the money state stating terms and conditions which would involve the 25% restocking fee so i am formed him take your restocking fee and give me my money back at this posting 116 2020 which is in with purchase in september 2019 nothing refuse my car reduce every attempt to make an arrangement to receive my money back + 25% per their terms and conditionsmy best advice do not buy from these people once i got your money they do not want to give it back under any conditions they even refused my bank to give any portion of part of the money back and now my bank wants money because now i’m overdrawn on my credit card
Requested Engine for sprinter engine - they indicated one and sent vin number and pictures. What I got was an engine that did not even fully rotate complete lemon. Getting that first engine took weeks. They then sent another engine - first it took them almost 2 weeks to pick up the one they had sent and would not ship the other until they had picked up the first one. The again sent Vins for me to check - I was happy with the vin, the engine that finally arrived (weeks later again) again tested faulty with little to no use as an engine. The part on the engine did not match the vin. Fraud pure and simple. After 7 weeks dealing with this company I just want my money back and won't deal with them again. Stay away it is a poor company and have now been without my van for close to 2 months due to the lies and poor management of this company. Nothing they say is truthful. One last note if you do use them or any company, pay with credit card so you can put them in dispute if you have any problems. Its the only safeguard you have.
I bought a 454 engine from these people. it was delivered and my mechanic installed it in a chevy 3500. started it up and the oil pump locked up and ruined a rod bearing. They stated that all engines are pre run. that must be a lie because there is no way this engine was started. I tried to contact the agent who sold me the engine and could only reach his voice mail. He nor customer service will not return a call. It is like they have dropped off the Planet. I have been one month trying to get anyone to return my calls.
Please stay away from these folks because they have no intention of helping resolve a problem. The only way to stop their nonsense is to stop doing business with them. I am out 1400 Dollars on a junk engine and cannot reach them. Please help me by not doing business with this company. It will save you many headaches. That is the only satisfaction I can receive now. Stay away from this kind of service.

It's a scam.....
I'm not giving them any rating because they don't deserve even 1 star.
Maybe a negative 5 would be better.
I ordered 2 transmissions that were supposed to ship with in 24 hours and it's 6 days later and they won't answer the phone now.
Finally someone called me back today and said they quoted me the wrong price and they need 400.00 dollars more and they will ship them.
Absolutely not i told them.
Refund my money.
So I will see how long that takes.
I've already been in contact with my c.c. company so it may have to be disputed.
Beware Beware Beware
