I took my 1997 dodge Cummins Ram 2500 with the auto 47re transmission for the transmission to be pulled and reinstalled after I had my current transmission rebuilt. Because it was winter time and I was busy with home/work life I couldn't do this simple task my self.

Robert szarka the company owner couldn't shake my hand when I walked into his shop wanting to spend money at his location. I drop it off go to work transmission is pulled a few days later take it to my rebuilder. Bring it back to this shop. They install it I get text on my phone as I have a gps tracker built into my vehicle it tracks everything acceleration brake pedal pressure engine rpm.

I get a text before I knew it was done that extreme brake pressure was applied from 55 mph hard acceleration then extreme brake pressure again. This caused my tires wheels to skid on the rear as i have the abs module removed as It has a computer issue somewhere.

These are brand new tires just installed literally not even 1000 miles on them as I have paperwork on them. I messaged rob asking him why are you slamming on my brakes I get oh s..... Now I get to his shop after he tells it's ready I go pick it up. When I get in his shop he tells me how he applied this pressure I go bullsh*t pay this as*hole his lousy $500.00 cash and attempted to drive to work it doesn't make it.

I had to turn around grab the wife's car and go. And it sounded like a loose flex plate it had issues going into over drive with a weak reverse. I get under it the next day a few torque converter bolts are loose I started removing them one wouldn't come out out of six not even with a impact socket which it stronger then regular sae sockets them kept rounding off.

I had to grind the head of the bolt off with a 90 degree angle grinder. So I could remove the transmission and torque converter and take this to the rebuilder again as Rs automotive told me they would call me when they arnt busy to fix this to pull my transmission again. No call or text for a month so I remove the transmission myself sent it to the rebuilder had a whole new overdrive unit put on the transmission old one was put to the side for later inspection.

We dropped the pan at the same time to remove the valve body and notice a different fluid similar to brake fluid mixed with the transmission fluid which causes the rubber seals and gaskets to expand and not properly seat so a full rebuild was done again. Now I brought it back home and will reinstall the transmission myself with the new flexplate helicoiled torque converter new converter bolts and put it in. And do it the right way.

Stay away from this shop he's a rip-off.
