My husband purchased a car from salesman GEO LASKEY & TODD KEMP he told them he would pay for the car in total for a certain price if they would replace the windshield, replace the tires, fix the exhaust, and replace a side mirror. Both of these idiots agreed! He went to the bank got the money signed the papers and left the car with them for 1 week to get repairs completed. When he returned they had replaced the windshield and the mirror but told him they weren't going to do anymore because they gave him such a deal. Let me just say the cops were called. These idiots and the owner of this piece of sh*t company would cheat their own mothers for a dollar. We have since paid over $2000.00 in repairs within a weeks time. The fing tail lights don't work we took it to 3 mechanics finally the Real Dealer/Maker of the vechile said its wires inside the car and it will cost $500.00 to fix. Because RPM the sorry sonsabi*ches! won't even fix their cars enough so you can legally drive them. Our mechanic won't even do pre purchase inspections on RPM cars they tell everyone take that piece of s**t car back and never buy from these people. I myself have seen people twice turning the cars back over to RPM because they can't afford the payments and repairs that must be done. I don't know why they have on site mechanic as they repair NOTHING! I wouldn't let them put air in a tire let alone fix anything. Thinking of filing a CLASS ACTION SUIT against them for Fraud and violating the Lemon Law. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS. They pissed off the wrong person!

I bought a 2006 chrysler 300 on Feb 24 tryed to have 1/2 of the price of the car financed filled out the app and waited for the bank call in the mean time the sales person made comments if i had that much money to put down on this car ect. The bank called back and at that time where everyone is financed I was turned down that was fine at this point i aske him what was the lowest he could go on the price and again he asked me if i had that much money i started to feel some kind of way but i kept going because at this point had put in4 hours at this dealer, He came back and told me 13000 I told him i saw it on the web sight cheaper he went back and looked it up and said yes 8400 i asked him if i paid cash can he go any lower he said no i told him to start writting it up he asked me again you have the money at this point i said i woulnt tell you to write it up if i didnt took the car home drove great about 3 weeks it had gotten a bad whoble in the front end brought it to the shop and it needed 4 new tires another 1000 this car had issues when i got it bc it had antifreez in the engine compartment the way it overheated before now it needed a new radeator replace now my warenty is up hmmmm junk yards give you a 30 warenty on there parts why is it that a dealer is only giveing me 30 days well right now i paid 9360 CASH to the dealership then within 3 months paid another 1000 on tires and now the best is yet to come the car is sitting with what we think is a blown motor THAN YOU RPM for selling a pice of junk car to me

Hi I started leasing a 06 Chevy Uplander on December 4th 2016 from RPM Auto Sales on Grand River in Lansing that Monday I took it for a diagnosis work out to see what was wrong with it because this is The Faulty dealership I was low on cash so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt! and return the shop report where I had it looked he told me the transmission was going right away in the codes to the car wasn't matching up you know like they was pulled from different car parts and the undercarriage it's completely rusted and loose so are the wheel barrels the tie rods the brake pads the rotors. I have a leak underneath the hood on the right side this pedometer doesn't work so I make a appointment with RPM the same day they said bring it up there today to look at it. gave them the list of everything that needed fixing. when I got there told me they would take care of it picked it back up a week later and they told me they gave me a oil change new brakes and new brake pads still need a transmission so bring it back the next morning to get the transmission so I said okay.

bring it back the next morning leave it I left it a week again gone . pick it up the 20th and they tell me everything's been fixed 21st leaving the grocery store car starter jerking won't go call RPM pull over and call RPM they said bring it in so they can look at it I tell him I'm on my way. I get there they said they need to do a test drive so I get me and the kids off the car they take it for a test drive they're going like 20 minutes they come back and tell me I need another transmission. I'm like huh you just gave me one yesterday well we didn't give you a new one we just rebuilt the one you already have it was supposed to last 30 days that's not something I wanted to hear right there when buying a used car you're hoping that it last you for 6 months to a year not 30 days what happens to Quality Cars. they just look at me so then I'll go talk to Paul the guy that sold me this piece of s*** and I tell him I want just another car knowing that he wasn't going to get my money back .I just want a reliable car to get my kids to and from school the doctor's office in the grocery store is that too much to ask. Paul like he's doing the best that he can do but they don't give money back and they don't get another car and I understand that Paul had to make the commission to make a paycheck he could have just told me that's not a reliable car or he could have told me that they can't provide reliable cars or whatever instead of just taking my money and took me and my kids for a ride and gave us the extra burden. I just wanted a decent car with decent car parts safe enough to drive around here with children!

I originally agreed to finance a 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with RPM Auto Sales in Lansing Michigan aproximately 6 months ago. After a week of driving it while they processed the title, they called me to inform me that I needed to return the car because it turns out the car was previously titled to a salvage yard in Indiana, and Michigan won't allow salvaged vehicles to be licensed for use on public roadways. As an alternative, they sold me a 2008 Buick Lucerne for the same price. Now that I've made 5 payments in person (it's a 50 mile round trip from my house to the dealer's office and back) 2 to 3 days prior to the due date each time, they want to tack on a $2.00 "convenience fee" to all credit card and debit card transactions. This forces me to withdraw cash at an ATM which charges a transaction fee of $3.00 to make a cash withdrawal to avoid the dealer's convenience fee which was not disclosed when the sales contract was signed. Based on the unlawful sale of the Chevrolet and the nondisclosure at time of sale of "convenience fees" that are anything but convenient, I feel that I'm entitled to keep the car and void the contract, releasing me from all future payments.
