It has come to my attention that he does this to other elderly people in the area as well. This is the message I sent Renan after he did a job in our home. He also created fraudulent receipts from businesses. scanning the receipts and changing the prices illegally. I am currently working with attorneys and law enforcement because I have thousands of dollars of forged receipts. I confronted Sink outlet about the fraud receipts for thousands of dollars and they told me they are not involved and to contact Renan. He also broke our brand new $3,000 tv towards the end of the project trying to move it around himself. His Google reviews are fake and it's IMPOSSIBLE to leave a review on the Google account some how. *****We have just now found out that the bathtub that he had his company install in our remodel DID NOT PUT PIPES UNDER THE BATHTUB SO THE WATER HAS BEEN DRAINING INTO OUR FOUNDATION. He also did not charge me for the remodel and refunded me random money for another unrelateafter I accused him of the fraudulent receipts. Text to Renan: This project went from a 7 day project with having two teams; one working on the bathroom and one team working on the stone walls. We are going on 22 days by midweek. There was ZERO structure. The guys sometimes came at 9 am sometimes 12 pm sometimes stayed till 3 sometimes stayed till 7 - my last 3 WEEKS had no chance of leaving the house. Sometimes brought their very young children. After over paying for the sink and fixtures to have them expedited to have them arrive as soon as possible almost 14 days ago, and they still have not been installed is absolutely unacceptable. I ONLY agreed to spend almost $5,000 + your hourly fee to shop the sink and fixtures because they needed to be expedited because some how the bathroom was demoed with no preparation of materials the bathroom is still not done. WHY did you have them expedited and I overpaid even after 14 days they are not installed and on top of the after 14 days we don't even have the correct parts to install them? There were so many excuses and technical issues over the smallest bathroom and wall. You had the measurements for the project in beginning of December and somehow did not have the material for the project start in Jan. I went WAY over my budget because we needed to expedite items even though I paid you 1 month in advance the deposit and gave you a month in advance to prepare for this project. This is not Mike who is stressing me out about this, this is my project, and I have been dealing with you personally along this entire way. And this entire situation went incredibly out of hand. You sent me the proposal and within two days I sent you a check of the deposit. You have been totally unprepared and I do feel completely ripped off at this point. There was no point in me paying that much for fixtures that I never even physically saw because you needed them rushed and bought because they were not arranged before you demoed the bathroom. Somehow I keep writing you checks as soon as you ask for them and you don't complete projects in time or even start them. The wallpaper I paid you almost immediately almost 8 weeks ago. My entire office has been on hold to complete for 8 weeks. Let alone you telling me the wallpaper would start the first week of January for the office. And I paid you immediately. In FULL. I'm going to send you pictures of the bathroom, which has uneven installed fixtures, the worst caulking I have seen, framing nails in the new boards I bought in the wall. All the HDMI cords have also all been broken inside my new $3,000 TV and the cable and $1000 speaker are disconnected. I am not an electrician and you expected me to do an electrician job when I paid you to install tile on two walls.
