I had no issue with playing against a bot and my experience proved you could only win enough games to ensure king would be made a net profit. If you value your sanity and cash avoid this corrupt site.
This site is a total disgrace, you are led to believe you actually interact and play against genuine members. The truth is you play with a computer ensuring you will never win long term. They are very clever and if you dare to post a comment on a community board you will be abused and forced to leave. DISGRACEFUL.
Please look into the poor support, cheating of players, closing players for no reason, not fulling promised new games, withholding money, not refunding money.
I have played years on KING / RoyalGames.com for years and find the site has slipped into an abyss of cheats, poor customer service, and the pampering of a few players that think they are the only ones that should write on the Community Fools Blog. Anyone who has legitimate concerns they attack and taunt then support bans the person with concerns for life from ever speaking out again. They won't share with the accused victim WHAT they did wrong or allow any way of redeeming themselves. But the few that put them there remain untouched to abuse others.
This is minor to the number of cheats. One day old money accounts out score fields by 25% and seems nothing is done. I continue to see them playing.
The site is no longer living up to the promise of new games, diplomas, customer support, I can go on and on but I'll assume if you have come to read comments here you have already been victim of the abyss.
Does anyone know where a game site can reported? Not report to; but, who over sees them and can check into their illegal practices.

I play only free games at royalgames.com. Recently i noticed that i had been charged twice in one evening for paid competiton games. How that can happen when i select free is questionable, even to the point of someone controlling the accounts would have the ability to do so.
I contacted royalgames.com customer service and filed the complaint, and was immediately contacted via email by glen Who is eveidently the only name/person that works there. He said that i had selected the paid games myself, to which i repleid i had not.
Sending me a copy of their refund policy for the mistaken selection Which i had not done) he stated that royal games does not refund mistakes.
I noticed that i would not recieve the money Not winnings - as there was $.01 accumulated from years ago) that i physically deposited. This is questionable. I googled for similar events, and strangley only outscamshows any problem, even so, only one actual report. Between google and king games, it is pretty well hidden.
I want the full $10.00 Amercian) returned along with an apology from the actual owners of the royalgames website.

I have £57.60p in my account and cannot access that to withdraw my money . I am totally fed up but i'm not going to cancel my membership until i get my money back, I feel like getting an attorney to sue them but their web address is in Malta

Since then, the site has gone downhill. No new games, no tournaments, no treasure hunts and, worst of all, the moderator for the community blog disappeared. Players have been verbally attacked without the site protecting them in any way. The community blog is no longer safe for the people who post. Lately, a few people new to the site have taken over the blog and made it a hostile environment. I decided to leave.
I read answers provided on support and knew I needed to withdraw my funds before I closed my account. I had $32.35 in my account, yet, when I went to withdraw funds, I was told I would only be given $3.44. When I contacted support, I was told that all funds deposited to Royal Games became the property of Royal Games and could only be used on their site for playing their games. I was very surprised, as the site advertises "play games for cash" and "win cash prizes". Evidently, the meaning of cash legally changes when you sign up for an account on Royal Games, but they do not advertise that.
I consider this gross misrepresentation. When I am told that I can win cash, the implication is that the winnings are mine. When I am told that I can withdraw that cashat any time, the implication is that I will receive this cash. According to Glen at Royal Games, I am not entitled to my winnings. My dealings with RG have always been cordial, but , when I asked to withdraw funds, the mask dropped off and RG became polite, but hostile.
I know people in the past who were allowed to withdraw funds, so either this policy is brand new or it is subjective. Either way, I am angry. I want my money back.

I have played for 10 years. Depositing money and playing. It was something fun I’ve done.
For the first time, I won a large amount and had over $200 USD in my account. I decided to withdraw $100.
That’s when it happened.
My account was locked.
I couldn’t play.
I didn’t receive the $100.
Customer service was non-responsive.
After years of play, no problems, just making deposits (ha!) and playing, now I see.
It’s all one sided.
Royal Games is sketchy.
Stay away.
