I ordered flower 3 girls dresses in January for an April wedding. I Kept checking in with them to make sure they were going to arrive on time. Reassurance was always given to me..... I was told the Wednesday before the wedding the dresses were not going to arrive. I asked for a refund and they cut off all communication. I had to report the fraud to my credit card company...... 3 days to buy flower girl dresses.... no refund.... Fantastic

Never received my item

I ordered a cute trolls outfit for my daughter in the beginning January 2018. Here it is March 2018 and I still have not received any shipment updates. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response. So I'm assuming now I will have to dispute the charges on my cc. There was no phone number to contact them on the website.

On August 25, 2016 I ordered a romper for my future granddaughter, for $15.98, order #11984. When I ordered it there was an email that I would receive an email when it was shipped. After about a week I still had not received any notification on shipment. I contacted them the next week and they indicated it's was on back order. Waited a couple of more weeks, still no word from them. I just got through sending them a request for them to refund me my money.

On 8/31/15 I placed an order totaling $174 approximately. On 9/3 I emailed customer service asking for the status of my order of which they replied back on the same day asking if I was aware of their two week turnaround. I replied back indicating I was not. The website says 7/10 day turnaround. On 9/8 I emailed them back again asking for an ETA of which they responded with 9/15. I emailed them again in 9/15 for an update because I never received an email with tracking information. The response email said "Hi , we had a partial shipment on those items, we are expecting another shipment on those items, if you do not wish to wait we can issue refund or send other items> ?" They then told me they had not received the items and it will be another 1/2 weeks. On 9/16 I received another email from them which said "Hi Tiffany, The item was due to ship yesterday per our 2 week turnaround, we had a partial shipment to us to clarify, nothing has been shipped to you.

Here it is today, 9/21/15 and I still have not received anything. I emailed them again this time very upset asking for another update and expressing my anger by telling them that if I do t receive my order by 9/26 I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. A lady named Nicole then called be back right away yelling at me and being very unprofessional! She indicated that she was empowered to treat me the way she was because I threatened the company via email. The only threat I made was saying that I will be posting negative reviews of the company and filling a police report if I do not get my order or money back. She then indicated that she canceled my order! Never in all my life have I EVER received such poor customer service!
