I was told by Roya, of Royal Auto Transport,my contact, that my vehicle would arrive 5-6 days from Los Angeles to Raleigh, NC after it had been picked up. Car was picked up a day late, causing my daughter to lose $300 in wages as she had to stay home waiting for the pickup.
On July 11th the vehicle was picked up and it is now July 31st and I have no idea where the vehicle is. Was told by James of JJ Auto Transportation, the individual that that Roya of Royal does business with, that the delivery truck had a water pump issue in Alabama, then the problem was overheating, then the truck was being serviced in Augusta, GA.
I told James Lee that I would drive from Raleigh to Augusta to pick up my vehicle and he actually got mad at me because I was getting short with him.
He sent me FAKE PICTURES of the inside of a vehicle. James told me I would have my car on the 26th, then the 28th and DEFINITELY on the 30th!
On the 30th, I received a call from a different driver. I declined to let the driver who picked up my car in California on the 26th to deliver it in the middle of the night and he was supposed to drop it off today and I can't get a hold of him.
I texted James Lee of JJ Auto Transportation and have not received a response. I have all of my texts in writing and his responses as well, same with Royal.
I am going to report the car as stolen if I do not receive it today. I am additionally filing complaints for both companies with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office and due to the fact that I have had to rent a vehicle because I do not have my car, I am filing a small claims court case.
Any other ideas are appreciated. If you like dealing with LIARS, then by all means, deal with these two Shysters.
