"I’ve been here for two hours!” said one. I was traveling with family (5 of us) and had prepaid for an SUV. After identifying myself and showing my prepaid reservation, the update began. Despite my having full zero deductible coverage, I was told to rent the car I had to either pay an additional $500 for their insurance or place a deposit. The deposit was $2,500 and could not be a debit card and would be held until the car was returned. Later on the phone I was informed the deposit would be $15,000. When I asked to cancel the reservation they said they would refund NONE of my money. The price to rent the car went from $250 to $800 or $1300 with no deposit. Absolutely the worst experience of my life and a total crook show. My daughter and her friend began crying. Luckily, we went back to the airport and got a rental vehicle immediately from a legitimate company. DO NOT do business with this group of liars. When I complained to the first clerk, they sent me to the boss who was worse. Then they snickered and laughed as our lovely trip to Miami had taken a dark turn.
