Before I bought it was told it went threw there shop. Have a printout of what they said they did.
After taking it to a different dealership was told nothing I mean nothing on there fake list was ever done
The oil was black and the filter hasn’t been changed in years .
It I now have a broken car that isn’t covered in any way by there fake warranty
Buyer read all the fine print or loose hard earned money.
My new car I bought from them had so many fake fees added on that when I got home and looked at my contract I also watched videos on YouTube that said they add fake fees to steal more money.(but you be the Judge)

Roundtree moore toyota is a rip-off . they will not stand behind any recalls.they dont stand behind the agreements made while neg. a sell. however i am looking for a good atty. my husband hurt himself when the bumper fell off the truck as he stepped on it.this bumper was on a recall they didnt honor. we owned a 2011 toyota which had a transmission recall. we were never given notice to the recall. the truck was at the dealership being checked out before warrenty whent out,we were assured no problems, but 3 weeks later the transmission was messed up and would take 2700.00 in parts alone.so we traded it for a 2016 tundra.as part of the deal we were suppose to get a sprayed in bedliner,not a insert. that was verbally agreed on. now nobody claims to remember the facts of the agreement not even the sales person.also we were suppose to be given a peice of paper from them saying we were owed the bedliner. but i had no idea of that untill i bought a car from a different dealership.so as far as i am concerned.if you want a to get an honest deal stay away from anything that says roundtree moore on it. they also have other lots thru out fl.and they arent roundtree moore. so beware of where you are buying. it is a shame that the car dealerships have gotten so crooked. it isnt like they dont make a heafty chunk off of theyre consumers.
