Never use

Ordered a top the week my daughter was born, 17 weeks ago. Never received item and have been fobbed off so many times and told that it's on it's way. The tracking info they have was false. Now I have escalated a claim to PayPal they are giving a false delivery attempt Information to try and get out of it. Does anyone know how we can stop this company scamming more people?

I ordered a dress for my grandma's funeral, i paid £10.00 for the 3 days express delivery and it arrived over 3 weeks later! i have been emailing them and calling since march 2016 to request a refund for the delivery i did not receive. They have refused to refund it, admit they can not offer this service So why charge people for it?). Half of the time they ignored my emails and when they did respond they were rude and replied in slang text speak. Incredibly unprofessional and very untrustworthy.

I ordered some clothing from Rotita on 12/06/2015 the money was taken out of my account on 12/07/2015. It has been 2 months and i have not received the product. they keep telling me that I will receive it and have gone as far as to tell me they located in Denver on 01/03/2016, then when I e-mailed them again they advised me it was in California. The tracking number they provided to me does not go with USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex. Thery keep telling me to check with the postal service. they also advised me that the product is being returned and once they receive it I will get a refund, this makes no sense since no one knows where it is. I have a string of e-mails that I can provide to you. the company does not provide a vfalid phone # and you are only able to e-mail only to receive a short response from someon who does not spell proper grammer. I am frustrateed and all though losing the money may be certain and no product I do not wanht them to continue to rip people off. There are plenty of ways to make money in this county without ripping people off. Can paypal refund me money to me?

I think they want the returns, don't give any refund and send the same parcels put again.

I never received my order from Rotita.com. I have my order number and I have tried to submit it multiple times but their website will not take it. I've also sent them several emails which they will not respond to. I've called their phone numbers, two of them and no one answers.

Rotita and Sammy Dress companies advertise on Facebook using African American women with shapely bodies wearing their appearel. When you order from them, the items arrived in very small child like sizes as well as very cheap materials. You pay through Paypal and when you try to return the items, you have to pay over $70.00 in shipping costs trying to return stuff back to China from the US. Example I paid $95USD for the cheap stuff but it going to cost $70USD to return it in order for paypal to reimburse my money. What a rip off and Facebook or Paypal should be allowing these shady business pratices using their companies to con American Citizens.

I rodered a swim suit from Rotita. It was never shipped. I contacted them to cancel and refund the order with no response. I filed a complaint with Paypal. They they gave a tracking number, so Paypal closed the case. I paid for 4-8 day shipping. Its been 5 weeks and I haven't received the product. The customer service still claims the item in en route.

On April 17th I ordered an African Tribal shirt from this company. I just received it yesterday April 30th but was promised a 5 day delivery but that's not the biggest issue. On the website it shows that the cost of the shirt was 22 dollars and it says that I paid 22 dollars for the shirt via the website. My bank account however, states that they charged me 57 dollars. I informed the company of this and provided them the proper documentation and they refuse to give me my money back for the difference. Now that I have gotten the item and am unsatisfied with it, I want to send it back but I'm afraid they'll just keep my money and never give me a refund. Has anyone else had issues with them? Were you able to get your refund? Since they are apparently located in China, is there a better business bureau that I could call to get them shut down or demanded to give me a full refund? I need answers because I'm livid!!

Don't bother

I've been trying to return a dress to rotita for 2 weeks then refuse to tell me the address to send it to ando say IN BROKEN ENGLISH it would not be worth my time returning it due to postage costs does a thin material dress costume £20 to return !!!!!

This company like many others from China ripping off Americans with cheap knockoff clothing. They are selling on Facebook ads and sending clothes that are definitely NOT what is pictured. The refund process, customer service is ridiculous and they have NO intention of refunding you.

After my relentless emails and PayPal escalations they finally sent me a return address I could ship the item back to at my expense for a refund. They offered me a partial refund of less than half of what I paid, I declined and got nothing. Companies like this need to be held accountable and be exposed for the scammers they are!

This company should not be allowed to advertise on internet. I am sure they go by mano other na,es and are located i China. I am now stuck with a blouse that I have no use for. Issued a complaint with Pay pal. Probab;uy won;t get any satisfaction there either.

I ordered 3 tops from Rotita on 6/22/19 and used my Chase account. Received tops on 7/3/19. Quality was very poor, material very thin. Had difficulty trying to reach customer service. Finally, contacted them in China by chat. They gave me return address 8555 Tonnelle Ave Unit 301, North Bergen NJ 97947 and RMA# 13353498 by chat, so I have no email trail.

I wrapped up tops, that were never worn, in original package,with RMA# on outside, as instructed and mailed through USPS on 7/5/19 using my Chase credit card. Never received a credit on my card for the tops.

Contacted Chase, they contacted Rotita, who claimed they did not receive the package and the RMS # was not a correct number. They refuse to credit my account. This company has well over 300 similar complaints by people trying to get a return. Either they claim they merchandise is stained or people don't receive the order etc. Rotita's business practices are very questionable to say the least.

I placed an order, they took the funds, 9 weeks later, No merchandise! Filed Complaint Tickets on their site, they only supply a bogus U.S.P.S. tracking #. No other help available. Ripped-Off for $35.00.

I was suspicious to order from this company, but I did. I saw lots of things I liked, but I kept it to three items just in case they were of the same quality a lot of stuff from China is. Lesson learned.

The sizes run a bit small and they poorly made defective stuff and then they will give you less than half of what you paid if you are willing to take apartial refund. You are the stuck with items you can't use. Or if you want to return, you pay the return shipping and they don't refund you. I asked three times for the address to ship, no response. There is an address in China, but it says no returns there, so where do you return?

I bought three items and each had a defect. One item had seaming on one side of the bodice uneven where it puckered. It wasn't too bad, maybe you could ignore it? Another item didn't even have all the buttons sewn on, one was just thrown into the bag. The third item had the lace overlay attached twisted and inside out in one spot. So, after I paid my $85, if I want to wear these things, I have to rip out one seam and redo it, sew on a button on another blouse and rip out seams, turn lace right side out and redo that. Rip off.

Don't buy from this company.

I received my order of 2 swimming suits, a top and a coverup and necklace ($100+). The swim suits were the poorest quality I have ever seen in any clothing. I completed the online return paperwork and have heard nothing weeds later. Total Ripoff.

I bought a dress from Rotita. It did not fit. I returned it; when I sent it I got a tracking #, which showed that it was delivered to the address given for returns on the website. There was no acknowledgement of the return. There was no refund for the return. I have written and tried to communicate with them. There is no way to reach them. They offer on-line chat: there is no on-line chat. The telephone # they give does not work. There is nothing to do.

I purchased clothing from a company on the internet, after receiving it I did not like the clothes and requested a return which was stated in the company policy "easy return and exchange". My email was disabled soon after I had sent an email requesting a refund and I have not been able to reach them. I don't want other people to get conned.

I purchased two dresses (same dress two sizes) from this company. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear because it was coming from China. I couldn't get either dress over my head. When I asked about returning the products, I was offered an $8 store credit. For a store that can't seem to get sizing correct. Then it went to 20% because of the cost to return the product. A whooping $12 value. PayPal was no help, they dismissed my case because I wasn't willing to send back two dresses at the cost of what would be the entire return. Don't order from this company. They have horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service.

I purchased a coat for my wife. All of her coats are large. So i ordered a large. When the coat was delivered to my home, it was more like a medium size. So i contacted Rotita and they said they would be glad to exchange it but i would have to pay for the return of my purchase AND pay for the shipment of the coat of the correct size. I only paid $45 for the coat from Rotita but if i were to pay for the return AND delivery of the coat, the price was $42,, each way. So i would be spending well over the price of yhe coat. I want to warn everyone that Rotita is NOT the company to deal with when you look at their nice items they have on the internet. Chinese people fooled me. It wont happen again. It will NEVER order ANYTHING from Rotita again. They are a ripoff. When i stated to Rotita that i would report them, they simply stated, "Ok". They dont give a flying rats butt if you get the proper product or size. All they want us your money. WARNING WARNING WARNING !!! DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROTITA. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Ordered solid blue dress in December 2016. Dress they sent is purple with blue under skirt. I opened ticket and uploaded picture of wrong item they sent and also picture of item I ordered. They claim they sent right color. If I can find where to upload pictures with this report, I will do so. I have been sending requests for return label for two weeks now. They are no longer responding to my requests in the ticket to send me a return label and give me a refund.

ORDERED navy blue blazer-on line-from this company on dec 1 2016 for apx 29.00 money was taken out of checking account on dec 2 with a promise of 4 day delivery. Have never received product.And telephone number listed will not accept calls. Despite a written complaint, with all pertinent info, still no response.

The name of this company is Rotita. Be cautious! Think the company is actually in China although they list a street address in San Jose CA.

I ordered cardigan and payd for it on Des.2nd. They promise delivery to USA in 3 days. When I saw, that item is not going to be before Christmas I politely asked ttem do not send it to me, just returm the money. But they send it anyway and I recieved it after holiday. it looks different from picture on their site: color is very pale,size

is de facto small but says L, shape is ugly.I wrote these all to them and now administrator offer me 20% refunand and keep it because if I send it back to China they only refund 60 % of cost but I would pay shipping back to China.

The company created the site by the way it is impossible to leave comment for other people who can be foolled by them.

Please advice me what I can do about. I used PayPal to pay

Would not even give 1 star the item I received wouldn't fit my 6 year old granddaughter no address to send back and from what I read you have to pay more to ship back than the item costs the stuff they looks lovely on their adverts but nothing like it when you get it

Scam, Stay far far away!

I want to give 0 star for this company. I seriously warn anyone NOT to buy through this website since it is a scam.

The dress arrived is not the same as shown in the picture, the bottom is far different. It is in poor quality, seeing-through, and no material labeling and washing guild attached to it. It looks much worse than your oldest pajama. It is a piece of CRAP! The size is very weird; the size guide is completely non-sense. I tried this site since they say free shipping and free return for new users. Unfortunately, they are cheating! They offered 30% refund and suggested me donate or gift it to friends, or I get 60% refund and pay for shipping back China. They are ripping off customers by penalizing them as being their customers. I guess they are making money this way, so don't buy anything on this site! you will be completely pissed by the product and service! so stay FAR away!!

The 2 dresses i purchased took a month to receive them. When i finally did get them the quality was horrific and the construction was very cheap and they didn't fit properly. I sent an email to them and asked to return since there wasn't a return a return shipping label like there normally is when i've mail ordered in the past. They said to return to china and pay for the shipping which would have been more than what i paid for the two poor quality dresses. This is just crazy and is scam!!! these people need to be shut down so others don't get scammed!!!

Purchased bathing suit on the 25th of March 2016. Told it would be delivered in 3-6 days due to paying extra for faster shipping. Charged credit card and never received. No contact info on website, only submition of a "ticket" and promise of a response within 24 hours. No response. I was told at checkout an email with tracking info would be sent. Never received it. Card charged and received nothing. Want money back.

Placed an order with Rotita on 2/17. It wasn't until 3/17 that I heard anything related to my order after I sent several emails. On 3/17, they told me they shipped it (from China). When I checked the shipping status, it says that my stuff has been sitting in LA since 3/17!!!!

I have requested my refund numerous times since 2/17, and I have yet to get a decent response from a customer rep of this scam of a company. This is ridiculous!!!!!

Hi I'm not happy with ROTITA clothing company because I had ordered two outfits ( A Dress , Women's Jogging Suit ) over A month ago & still haven't received what I had ordered . If I cannot get what I ordered then I will love for the company to send me my money back . I was told to give my number to the site I ordered from so that they can contact me , I didn't get no calls no nothing . I still don't have what I wanted & I used credit card .

I ordered 3 dresses (same dress in 3 colors) in medium and they took weeks to arrive, which I expected. However, the dresses were different sizes. 2 are medium and 1 is extra small. I sent photos to Rotita showing them the error with the white dress being inches shorter in the arms and length than the red dress and black dress. They keep giving me the run around saying the sizes are all a little different with their products. The white dress has no size tag but the red and black dress are sized on the label as medium. Rotita won't send me the white dress in medium that I ordered and they keep offering me a store credit but why would I want to order again from a company who stated in writing that their sizes are not accurate?

To get a full refund, they asked me to pay for the return shipping, international to China, although it was Rotita's mistake not mine.

It's been 10 days of back and forth using their support ticket process (which allows photo uploads). I've been offered a store credit at least 3 times but why on earth would anyone buy from them a second time after they admit in writing that their sizes are not the same from item to item, even from the same item in different colors?
