Order took over 2 months to arrive from China. I had no idea the items were made or shipped from there. In the heat of the COVID crisis I would never have purchased goods made from China if I had known. Was emailing the company weekly for updates and they kept changing the story asking me to wait just a few more days, but tracking information did not change and the goods did not leave China for over 2 months.
When they finally arrived, they were extremely cheap and poorly made, completely out of shiny polyester. For one dress I ordered a size up from their recommendation and it wouldn't even wrap around half my body. For the other item I ordered the recommended size and it was excessively large and baggy to the point that it looked 2 sizes too large for me. Contacted them again to return the items based on their 100% satisfaction garauntee and they offered me either $10 to keep the goods I can't use, or I could return them at my expense to a warehouse in Florida whose address they refused to provide to me.
I asked 3 times for the address to ship the returns to, and they refused to provide it. My buyer protection on Paypal was running out, so I had to escalate the case with them in order to recoup any money at all. Still currently in dispute because they are waiting a week to respond to any exchange of information and again only offered the option of a $10 refund to keep unusable goods.
I ordered 2 items from Rosegal for Christmas presents, their estimated shipping time said it would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas, so I purchased. The order said "processing" for a very long time. When it finally shipped, I checked the tracking details and there was no address on the shipping label.
I contacted the company and they said they had to wait for the package to return to China and that a representative would contact me to find out what I wanted done. I told that person I wanted a refund and to notate the account. I never heard from anyone else and when I checked the account again, the package had been sent out AGAIN with NO address.
It's now Feb and Rosegal is saying it was delivered. No idea who it was delivered to, since it didn't have an address on it. I have submitted a ticket with the company for a refund and am submitting a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself some headache and DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEGAL.
I ordered 6 tops. When I got them, almost a month later, they were way too small. I found out they came from China so that's probably why the clothes ran so small.
I found out what I had to do to submit a return. First, I had to get a ticket for each item. A ticket is a number. Then I had to submit the number to them. I had to get 6 different numbers.
Then they asked me to wait for the whole order to come it before making the return. The order came in 3 different shipments. After I got all 6 items and tickets for each,
I had to obtain a return merchandise number. They sent me a return shipping label. I had to pay for a 2-day priority mail label. I had a total of 32 emails going back and forth before I got my refund.
I have saved all of the emails. I also ordered 2 of the same carpet runners and they came in 2 differtent shades. I didn't even bother trying to return them
But I havent I ordered a top from Rosegal that was too small. I have been trying to contact them several ways on their website, live chat, email, message, phone call, and neither of them have worked. Actually I have tried numerous times to contact them to exchange the top for a smaller size and received no response. Usually when you order an item the company includes a return form but Rosegal does not. Their phone number hangs up each time you try and call. Nobody answers the phone. I saw this option on your website and thought I would write in. I am not sure what the next step are from here. Could someone get back to me and let me know?
I orrdered a swim suit in June, rec'd reply it was shipped. They processed my payment. I have contacted them "on line chat" several times. The most recent said I would have it by 8/13.
Contacted them on line chat again tonight, siad they couldn't helpme and refered me to their website. Tried to file a claim, they said my order # was incorrect.I copied and pasted it from their email to me. This is ridiculous!!
They tell me to contact my post office to see if it was being held there. I did this, the post office does not have it and said they do not hold packages. . So I am out my money, but very upset with this company and their unfair practices.
January 2016 I purchased $216.00 worth of clothing items from ROSE'gal and the items that I received were nothing like what was displayed on their web site. The clothes were a terible immitation. they look like a chile took pieces if cloth and were trying to make doll clothes. It was terribly sad to think people can be so deceptive. I tried contacting them and i got the response below and that was the last I heard from them. I returned the items to the address that was on the package and still no response. Got the same error as before. So assuming it didn't not go through both times, I went with another card. Gave me the same message. I ordered four 2x shirts off of Rosegal.com on facebook. I received the first one today. It fit me like a medium! No way was it a 2x..So I decide to get online and get a return label to ship it back and maybe cancel the remaining three shirts if they have not been sent yet. I go to rosegal.com and get to a support number that I call and it is a non working number, imagine that! So I go to a support claim page where I punch in all my info and at the bottom there is one of those codes that they use to make sure I am not a robot. It clearly says "9838" so I punch that in and try to submit...nothing it says not the code. It will not let me hit submit without this darn code! Come on people, now I'm starting to see that this is a scam website from China, great! I just want my money back $74.00 and you can have your medium shirts back! This is absolutely ridiculous. Then when the person called back (8 hours later) I could not understand them, the connection was terrible...fishy #2. I had to have him call me back. When he called back the connection was so bad he had to call me back several times...fishy #3. He then wanted me to create a XOOM account in paypal with my email address and banking information to pay a cell phone number in Jamaca 876-441-0887. He said that it was just to register my account and I would not be charged. When I kept asking for the instructions on how to return the items he kept saying that I need to create this account first. At that point i told him that I would just keep the items and give them to someone, I was not going to crate the account. This all sounded fishy to me....buyer beware.

I bought A dress from this company and the dress doesn't look anything like the dress advertised on their website. You are not getting exactly what you think you are getting. I bought a total of five items and none of them are exactly as the website and they are all such poor quality - similar to haloween costumes you buy at party city. False advertising is a crime!
This place is awful! I ordered a pull over sweater and paid for the expedited shipping, expecting to see it within 10 days. Two weeks later I contacted them asking about my sweater. I was informed that the item was out of stock and if I wanted to switch the item. I reluctantly agreed to switch to a different item only to be informed the next day that my original item was ready to ship so I asked for the switch to be cancelled and continue with my original order. What I received another two and a half weeks later was a completely different jacket than what I asked for as a replacement or as my original. It looked like it was sized for a 12 year old child, smelled awful, and had busted seems. I found this website on Polyvore, thinking it would be a legit website to order clothing, which turned out to be a total scam. First let me start by saying only 25 % of my order arrived. And the items that did, could have fit my six 6 year old granddaughter. Stating One Size Fits Most, I didn't know included preschoolers. I tried to contact them by sending them (tickets) as they requested, only to keep getting an automated response asking me to take pictures, and measurements of the toddler clothing, which Zi found rediculous, on top of the fact they never acknowledged charging me for an entire order I never received.
I gave them my item numbers that were missing, no response. Sent a second ticket, the same response. They won't give me a return address to send the clothing back, which has lead me to contact my bank and report the charges as fraud. I placed an order with this company on December 1. Before they will even begin to process the order, they require full payment. That is not necessarily unreasonable, though I have purchased from many other online retailers and they typically do not charge my account until the item is ready to be shipped. The items I ordered were intended to be Christmas presents. On or around Dec. 6, I received an email from rosegal that part of my order had shipped. I was given a tracking number and the name of the carrier. I was told the rest of my order would be sent separately. I placed another order on Dec. 6. When I realized that rosegal is located overseas, I decided to pay for expedited shipping.
Within a few days, the order I placed on the 6th was shipped, all except one item. Because I realized that rosegal was located overseas, I became concerned about the first order I placed. I sent them a message through their "support center" and asked one question: Will my order arrive before Christmas? Rosegal says on its site that they will respond to messages within 24 hours unless it is a weekend or public holiday. It was neither. After waiting more than 48 hours for a response, I sent another message. By the time I got a response from them, I got a notification that the second part of my order had shipped.
When I read the information about the estimated delivery date, it said the package would be delivered anywhere between 12 to 25 days, which put those items arriving after Christmas. In my second message to rosegal support (since they had not yet responded to my one question about the first order) I expressed great frustration and told them that had I known the items would not reach me by Christmas, I would have used another merchant. I told them that since they had already been paid for the entire order, I had no money to use to replace the items intended to be Christmas presents. I told them I would never order from their company again.
In their response to me, they provided me with the tracking information for the parts of the order that had already been shipped. I already had that information. They ignored my other comments about how they took my money and left me in a bind. They told me that if there were no delays, I should get the first part of my order before Christmas, which I did. The order I placed on Dec. 6, for which I paid expedited shipping, arrived before any part of the first order I placed on Dec. 1. There was 1 item in the second order that was not shipped with the others, even though I paid for the entire order and for expedited shipping for the entire order.
I received a notification from rosegal on Dec. 18 that the second part of my first order (placed on Dec. 1) had been shipped that day. By this point, I was livid with this company. I posted a very negative review about them on another site, and amazingly, they responded to that complaint within 19 hours, something they did not do on their website, even though they make that claim. In their response to my public complaint, they promised they had a resolution for me and asked me to visit their websie and check my messages. The message on the website offered no resolution. Instead, they asked me to be patient and again provided me with tracking numbers, which I already had. I responded that I was no longer doing business with them and that once I received the items I ordered, I was done with their company.
I am still waiting on the last item from the order I placed on Dec. 1. Meanwhile, on Dec. 28, 22 days after I placed my second order for which I paid for expedited shipping, I get notification that the last item for that order had shipped. I was furious with rosegal and sent them a very long and detailed complaint to their so called "support center" telling them that shipping an item out 22 days after an order was placed and had been paid for was not expedited shipping and I expected to be refunded for the money I spent for "expedited shipping." They responded that they were offering me a coupon to use on their site for my next purchase. I told them I was not ever going to order from them again, so offering me a coupon was unacceptable, I would only accept a refund on the original payment method as that is a fair and reasonable expectation.
Please, avoid this company at all costs. They care nothing about their customers. They care only about money. They are a scam and their service and "resolutions" are not fair or reasonable or even decent.

When i go on thier site to fill a form out to return my items to get the right size it tells me to put in my order number and when i do that it tells me that is the worng number. I am now stuck with these two items that will not fit me at all.

I ordered a winter coat from Rose Gal on Aug 11 it is now Sept 10th and I have not receeived my merchandise. I have tried several ways to contact them, by phone they are not taking calls, by their online chat which no one is there, and thru the contact ... no one is ever there....I have done online checking about this company which I should have done before I ordered ...many many complaints have been issurd against this company. ...All I really want is my money back. This company appears to be out of China and has set up a fake website to collect money from the United States and worldwide. This site needs to be shut down and hopefully not open up in another name.

Be aware...a size Large in China must be equal to a size 2! They are seriously off on their size charts, or everything is sized for children sizes.

Once I belatedly began researcing the company, a well-known company, says that Rose Gal is stealing their pictures and posting them as items they're selling.
I paid via PayPal, and will pursue refund through them.

I bought A dress from this company and the dress doesn't look anything like the dress advertised on their website. You are not getting exactly what you think you are getting. I bought a total of five items and none of them are exactly as the website and they are all such poor quality - similar to haloween costumes you buy at party city. False advertising is a crime!
This place is awful! I ordered a pull over sweater and paid for the expedited shipping, expecting to see it within 10 days. Two weeks later I contacted them asking about my sweater. I was informed that the item was out of stock and if I wanted to switch the item. I reluctantly agreed to switch to a different item only to be informed the next day that my original item was ready to ship so I asked for the switch to be cancelled and continue with my original order. What I received another two and a half weeks later was a completely different jacket than what I asked for as a replacement or as my original. It looked like it was sized for a 12 year old child, smelled awful, and had busted seems. Don't bother with this place, the product is terrible and you really have no idea what you're gonna get a month and a half later.
I purchased and order on December 12 and it has been 25 days and haven't received my order tried to track the order and can't I also tried calling the support line and I got no answer but they took my money out of my account.
I found this website on Polyvore, thinking it would be a legit website to order clothing, which turned out to be a total scam. First let me start by saying only 25 % of my order arrived. And the items that did, could have fit my six 6 year old granddaughter. Stating One Size Fits Most, I didn't know included preschoolers. I tried to contact them by sending them (tickets) as they requested, only to keep getting an automated response asking me to take pictures, and measurements of the toddler clothing, which Zi found rediculous, on top of the fact they never acknowledged charging me for an entire order I never received.
I gave them my item numbers that were missing, no response. Sent a second ticket, the same response. They won't give me a return address to send the clothing back, which has lead me to contact my bank and report the charges as fraud. Not only did they ruin a Xmas gift for my daughter, they have made me weary of China websites selling clothing, most of them are scams And frauds. Please don't order from Rosegal.com, the pics are fakes, and the clothing is made for children Not adults.
I placed an order with this company on December 1. Before they will even begin to process the order, they require full payment. That is not necessarily unreasonable, though I have purchased from many other online retailers and they typically do not charge my account until the item is ready to be shipped. The items I ordered were intended to be Christmas presents. On or around Dec. 6, I received an email from rosegal that part of my order had shipped. I was given a tracking number and the name of the carrier. I was told the rest of my order would be sent separately. I placed another order on Dec. 6. When I realized that rosegal is located overseas, I decided to pay for expedited shipping.
Within a few days, the order I placed on the 6th was shipped, all except one item. Because I realized that rosegal was located overseas, I became concerned about the first order I placed. I sent them a message through their "support center" and asked one question: Will my order arrive before Christmas? Rosegal says on its site that they will respond to messages within 24 hours unless it is a weekend or public holiday. It was neither. After waiting more than 48 hours for a response, I sent another message. By the time I got a response from them, I got a notification that the second part of my order had shipped.
When I read the information about the estimated delivery date, it said the package would be delivered anywhere between 12 to 25 days, which put those items arriving after Christmas. In my second message to rosegal support (since they had not yet responded to my one question about the first order) I expressed great frustration and told them that had I known the items would not reach me by Christmas, I would have used another merchant. I told them that since they had already been paid for the entire order, I had no money to use to replace the items intended to be Christmas presents. I told them I would never order from their company again.
In their response to me, they provided me with the tracking information for the parts of the order that had already been shipped. I already had that information. They ignored my other comments about how they took my money and left me in a bind. They told me that if there were no delays, I should get the first part of my order before Christmas, which I did. The order I placed on Dec. 6, for which I paid expedited shipping, arrived before any part of the first order I placed on Dec. 1. There was 1 item in the second order that was not shipped with the others, even though I paid for the entire order and for expedited shipping for the entire order.
I received a notification from rosegal on Dec. 18 that the second part of my first order (placed on Dec. 1) had been shipped that day. By this point, I was livid with this company. I posted a very negative review about them on another site, and amazingly, they responded to that complaint within 19 hours, something they did not do on their website, even though they make that claim. In their response to my public complaint, they promised they had a resolution for me and asked me to visit their websie and check my messages. The message on the website offered no resolution. Instead, they asked me to be patient and again provided me with tracking numbers, which I already had. I responded that I was no longer doing business with them and that once I received the items I ordered, I was done with their company.
I am still waiting on the last item from the order I placed on Dec. 1. Meanwhile, on Dec. 28, 22 days after I placed my second order for which I paid for expedited shipping, I get notification that the last item for that order had shipped. I was furious with rosegal and sent them a very long and detailed complaint to their so called "support center" telling them that shipping an item out 22 days after an order was placed and had been paid for was not expedited shipping and I expected to be refunded for the money I spent for "expedited shipping." They responded that they were offering me a coupon to use on their site for my next purchase. I told them I was not ever going to order from them again, so offering me a coupon was unacceptable, I would only accept a refund on the original payment method as that is a fair and reasonable expectation.
Please, avoid this company at all costs. They care nothing about their customers. They care only about money. They are a scam and their service and "resolutions" are not fair or reasonable or even decent.
I shopped on Rose gals website for a few days buying several Christmas gifts. After waiting and waiting I decided to track my packages, easy right? Far from easy it, this is where the run around began. I submitted my order # and received an e-mail stating that I would have my information within 24 hours, that didn't happen. Customer service had a phone number to call, and nope that number wasn't taking calls. The Rose gal online chat room was not up and running. There is absolutely no way to get ahold of this company!!!!
I now realize that I am screwed out of the money I spent at the Rose gal wed site. The thing that really burns me is that their advertisements are popping up all over the Internet and they are cheating good honest hard working people over and over again
I had purched two items though Rosegal.com. When i recevied them two items a month later they where the wrong size. When i go on thier site to fill a form out to return my items to get the right size it tells me to put in my order number and when i do that it tells me that is the worng number. I am now stuck with these two items that will not fit me at all.
I placed an order weeks ago and they immediately charged my card. When I logged in to check the status it showed that I had no orders. I submitted a "claim ticket" and they have not responded. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they responded saying they would like to resolve the matter and to check their resolution in the claim ticket. I logged in to check and they lied they have not responded or offered a resolution. I rejected it and just today I received the same proposed resolution from the Better Business Bureau. I also filed a complaint with The Federal Trade Commission and the NYS Attorney General. They are in violation of The Fair Credit Billing Act & I intend to make it well known so that people stop being scammed by this deplorable company!
I ordered a sweater from Rosegal on Oct. 15th, 2015. They took funds from my bank on Oct. 19th,2015. They said that I would receive my order in 1 to 3 days.
I have no way to contact them. Phone call says that there mail box is full and are not taking any more calls. There is no email contact for them. I did submit a ticket to them, but does not respond. I am tired of waiting, I want my money back.
Reports that I have read says that they are scaming people. Some say that they do not even excist. I am reporting this to get this information out to the public so no one else gets ripoff like I did.

I bought a shirt from rosegal for my daughter. They took the money from my account. The shirt was purchased august 29th and never received nothing. Sent numerous emails questioning and concern. They just jeep sending the same emails over and over. I went on the website got a number, the only number and no surprise and didn't work. This is the only time I purchased something that I had this experience with. So furious at this that now I'm demanding for them to put my money back into my account but " they say" we will give u a store credit or send it out again but this is two months of this and still nothing. I just want people to know that rip people off and not to buy from them. This experience gas me questioning to ever buy anything on a website, computer.

I placed an order with rosegal over 2 months ago, and I have yet to receive anything. I contacted them once and they told me that my order had already shipped and I would be receiving it soon. One month later still nothing. Now when I try to contact them my order number is no longer valid. The phone number on the website doesn't work and their live chat link is also invalid. I have tread sending emails through different likes and through facebook as well. Nothing. I just want my money. Lesson learned never buying anything online every again.
I placed an order on-line to rosegal.com on 9/9/15 and have never received it. I have emailed them several times and they won't answer me. I think rosegal is a rip-off and i hope no- one orders from them.
Orderrd online a woman's jacket in sz x large. It came today and the size looks like it would fit a size 10 person. tried to get in touch with them but forgot my password and no instructions as to how I would get another one. so many ways to get in touch do not work. The chat does not work either. I think this a scam from china. Do not order anything from this company, as they seem to dupe the public into thinking the sizing is us sizing it is not. Then try to send it back good luck. I am stuck with this jacket of poor quality, and lost 28.13. I feel very foolish that I got taken.

I ordered a winter coat from Rose Gal on Aug 11 it is now Sept 10th and I have not receeived my merchandise. I have tried several ways to contact them, by phone they are not taking calls, by their online chat which no one is there, and thru the contact ... no one is ever there....I have done online checking about this company which I should have done before I ordered ...many many complaints have been issurd against this company. ...All I really want is my money back. This company appears to be out of China and has set up a fake website to collect money from the United States and worldwide. This site needs to be shut down and hopefully not open up in another name.
Placed an order for a few dresses for my wife. Got the order and was shocked to see the difference in sizes.
Be aware...a size Large in China must be equal to a size 2! They are seriously off on their size charts, or everything is sized for children sizes.
Anyway....I submitted a ticket to get a return, and I received a response with thier return policy and a request to lay the clothing items on the floor and place a measure stick or ruler net to it. Seriously?
