First, I should have looked up Ronnie the ripoff before we decided to take one of his properties as there are several reports on this wolf in sheeps clothing describing the identical fraud my family and I experienced. We were talked into taking a FINISHED "Newly Remodeled" property by Mr. Morgan and his wife Rita. Upon doing a walk through the home with Gary Morgan Ronnie's brother a stand in while he was away on vacation, we discovered the house was not cleaned, there was electric face places missing and broke, tile on the kitchen back plush was not finished, 3 doors were not installed as well as 2 closet sliding doors, no rods in closet to hang clothes paint spray all over the "new wood" floors in the restroom, the door knobs with locks meant for the bedroom doors were installed on the closet doors, no mail box, around 1500 lbs of trash and lumber piled around the home, the storage shed I was told was onsight was locked but full of junk as we later found out. This was just a quick rundown that we caught in about 20 minutes with our pre-move-in walk through. We handed Gary Morgan the list and Ronnie was made aware that his house was no where near ready. Well we were then promised all would be perfect by the move in date and not to worry, that they had people ready to pay so if we want it we need to pay now. We decided it would be a good place if things were finished and agreed to move in.
We were asked by Ronnie to meet his brother Gary to sign a lease at his home at 9p.m. at night. We were shown a seven to 10 page standard lease we initialed and signed the doc and were told he doesn't have a copy but gave us a blank paper with the amount we paid and the deposit. We never recieved a copy of the lease!!!! Well the move in date came and nothing was done. Furthermore trusting Ronnie the wolf we had nowhere to go until things were finished. Ronnie promised again they would be taken care of and blamed it on his so-called "handy men". We had to put our things in the house as we were without a home, this is when it got really bad! We learned half of the outlets and lights did not work the other half arced and shocked my wife one of my little girls and myself. The outlet in the kitchen caught on fire and started burning up. We washed our first load of clothes to which the draining in the wall for the washer was clogged and flooded the laundry room, the kitchen sink backed up and so did the shower and toilets, the water pressure was so low we could not take a shower or bath and the dishwasher did not work nor would it drain could not use the restroom or sewage would back up in the restrooms and flood.
Over the next month we had to deal with electricians coming to our home repeatedly to fix and refix the issues with the home over 7x's, a makeshift plumber to unclogged the grease ceased drained 6x's and used over $100 in our towels to wipe up the feces without our permission! An appliance guy to fix the dishwasher but was unable to do so. During the first week one of the vent covers in the ceiling fell out and almost hit a friend of the family, and one of the 5 doors fell on top of my 4 year old daughters head while taking a nap in our room knocking a hole in the door. None of this would Ronnie take care of. I had to store the doors for free for him for six months and several times asked him to pick them up or put them on with no action. Being how Ronnie never missed rent day on the first I decided to take the doors out of my storage and set them in front of the porch so when Ronnie came to pick rent up from our porch mailbox (we had to buy) he would finally take them away being how one was trashed due to hitting my daughters head and the others were never going to be put on due to Ronnie's lazy work ethic. Well Ronnie picked up rent waiting till the next day and sent me a text message telling me he noticed I put the doors outside and gave me a 5 days eviction in the text message. A text message!
I had enough and decided to find another home dispite the fact we had little money to do so. Ronnie and his wife made it unbearable calling, messaging, leaving voicemail and coming by, cursing and calling me names threatening to ruin our reputation and to sue us for the doors and telling us we are not getting our $800 deposit back. I had to call the police once and asked the creep and his wife to stop calling my wife and threatening us. I wanted to post this to hopefully warn any potential victims. There are several reports on this man's fraudulent behavior and there are more than likely several more never reported. Please be careful around Ronnie and Rita Morgan, they will wine and dine you and say anything until they can suck you dry with their greed.

When he first showed my family the house we rented he not only failed to repair any of the items he told us he would repair i.e cabinet doors hanging in one hinge in the bathroom, but also failed to repair the dishwasher, which, when loaded down with dishes leans forward because it wasn't anchored in. He sent unqualified "repair men" who didn't fix the problems but only made them worse. About 2 weeks into living in the house we also discovered rat poop under the kitchen sink and judging by the amount of it, it had been their a while. Now before we moved in he assured and reassured us that he takes care of his tenants. That right there is a bold faced lie. Not only does he not take care of his tenants but he also makes himself unavailable by not answering or responding to phone calls or text messages. Now the be all end all is the fact that he feels that he is above the law by this he will throw in your face that he can show up at any of his rentals anytime he wants with no notice and inspect the property. This is a lie, he is ignorant and that is putting it nicely. Attention all who read this in the ardmore oklahoma area. It would be wise to find someone who will actually do as they say rather than goat people in and suck them dry like a leech. At one point before we left I sent him a not so nice text which he did not lIke. He gave us a 5 day notice via text message. Now I'm not one that knows everything about law let alone oklahoma law. But what I do know is that type of "5 day eviction" won't hold up in court.
