Hello I purchsed some closes from this store and they have a zipper in a pair of underwear that clearly is going to cause men to have a problem. namely that your private stuff is to get caught up in the zipper. STUPID designer and manufacturer of the drawers.
When I went back to explain the issue to my suprise they won't take it back or exchange it That is there policy no exchange or refund even if it is flawed by the manufacturer or designer.
