This company posted pictures of boots that appear to be real leather with solid heels and good quality. The item they shipped was a flimsy plastic fake leather with thin rubber soles. The item they shipped looks like something you would buy in dollar store.
The item they shipped cant be worth more than $5-$7 but the item in the picture looks like a quality boot. This is definitely NOT the item in the picture.
I ordered a pair of leather boots using a coupon code October 5, 2019 from an add seen in my google web browser. The website seemed legitimate including a 100% satisfaction guarantee. PayPal was the only payment that would go through.
When a month passed I contacted their customer service and was told they were running behind and it would be just a few more days to shipment. I asked for a refund at that point. They ignored my next five emails asking for a refund. There was no phone to call. At this point I suspected something was wrong.
I then received a message that my boots had shipped with a tracking number that did not show up as shipped. I emailed them every few days asking for a refund and received nothing back. Finally on December 16 I received the terrible product in an envelope. That should tell you the quality of the boots they weighed 13oz with the mailer.
The smell was horrible and the boots were two different sizes as well as having glue all over them. Not wearable. I contacted them and that started the crazy stuff. They responded with offers of gift cards to their website. I refused and they asked me to keep the boots and give them to a friend.
I requested a label since they were defective. They ignored my requests. I requested an address to ship back they ignored and warned me that it would be very expensive to ship them back and they would get lost in the mail and I would be out more money.
I contacted PayPal and they opened a case but time passed and finally they said I would need to mail back to get a refund at my expense. I let them know this was a large scale fraud but they did not acknowledge that. They told me no one had complained to them.
There are multiple Facebook groups with hundreds of members that have been defrayby this company. I am still waiting for a refund.
They ( Rolly Chic ) advertised some really nice Cowboy Steam Punk Boots boots via a FB flash sale in 2019 right before Christmas. The boots were insulated, had arch support and all kinds of great features in an attractive leather looking boot. After they take a few months to send it to you, you recieve an unbelievably cheap knock-off of the advertised boot that looks nothing remotely close to what they advertised and it comes in a bag, not even a box!
In short, they bait you with a nice boot, then switch it with a cheap piece of garbage. The boots I recieved were NOT the same boots advertised. They had no insulation and were flat as a pancake with thin plastic souls, and were made out of cheap thin diahrhea colored vynil. They looked like a bad Halloween costume.
Anyway, I complained to the company only to recieve a horrible run-around with their terrible customer service. They try to get me to keep the boots or re-gift them ( as if I could hate anyone that much ), and take a 6$ credit ( as if I would ever shop there again ) or $3 or 5 dollars reimbersment of my $43.98 order, and the offer changes with each email you recieve.
After a few more emails they tell you the cost to ship back is to China is too expensive ( and it is often more than the initial cost of purchase ) and should be covered by the consumer, and that alot of times the items "get lost in the mail".
I have saved all my email correspondance and have photos of what I ordered and the garbage boots I received. This company is a nightmare to deal with.

Thank you for your email. As we known, the returned shipping fee is very expensive. Please kindly note you should pay for it. And we can only refund for you after we receive the package. It will be a very long time. The shipping charge is not included into the refund. I like to advice you keep these items, and we can provide you a $6 gift card. Is that OK? Looking forward to hearing from you.
I purchased 2 pairs of boots in October, The arrived 12/12/19, after I contacted the company asking where they were. (I order 2 of the same boot, 2 colors. $80 for both)
1. They were not the boots I ordered. They were not even very similar.
2. They were the worst workmanship I have ever seen on a pair of shoes/boots. They smelled like gasoline and the black pair appeared to not be completed.
3. They were 2 different sizes, I ordered 2 of the same size.
4. I immediately contacted their customer service, who offered my $3 to make it right, and keep me from returning them. Then they offered $5 and the final offer was $7.
5. I again asked how to return them, they started the coversation on why I wanted to return them all over again.
I have attached the pictures of what I ordered and what they sent.
I ordered steam punk meets cowboy boots from this company that advertizes on FaceBook. Becuase they were on FaceBook I figured they would be ok; I do a lot of on-line shopping and this is maybe the second time that I've been scammed. I paid $48 CAD for the boots (which are still being advertized).
I'm annoyed at being scammed and I would like this company to stop strading if all theya re ogung to do is scam us!
I wish this site would let me paste a photo of the boots.
I ordered boots from this company. They look nothing like what I ordered. Very poor quality. I spent $40.00 for junk. They offered me a $3.00 gift card.
This company ads are posted on Facebook and Instagram. promising deals to good to be true. They steal pictures from other websites. Thier is no address info or phone number on the contact info just a email address.

False advertising and the awful smell of some type of chemicals on them
