My company loaned Ryan money for his Import Export business in late 2018 through to mid 2019. He signed doucments and agreements for this loan, but once his business dealings failed he then disappeared. He tried to explain that it was the fault of someone else for the bad business result, but our loan was made to him. Soon after, he did not answer emails or phone calls, and then his phone numbers had been disconnected as was his email. He also moved from his residence. It wasn't until recently that we found Ryan in his new business venture and we have tried multiple times to reach him and his wife, but we receive no reply. He owes us over $75,000 USD and has chosen to abandon this debt obligation. I will pursue him via legal efforts but for those that are reading this, please do not engage with him for money matters ie. loans - He will not repay you and he will not respond to you!! Tread carefully!
