After Ruben received our down payment he stated they would be there on 9-2-2021. He later changed the date to 8-29-2021. At 2:45 PM we sent him a msg asking if he was coming. He stated there was a problem and would get back to us.
On 8-31-2021 we requested a new date and was told 9-4-2021. On 9-5-2021 we sent another msg and he said he would be there today. On 9-6-2021 we sent a msg stating if time does not allow him to complete the work please let us know and return the deposit no hard feelings.
He replied with he would be there either 9-8-2021 or 9-11-2021 to complete the job.
Late morning on 9-11-2021 we reached back out stating if he could not do the tree today please kindly return our deposit allowing us to hire another company. He stated he would be there after a football game.
He never showed up and keeps making promises as to when he will return our deposit. He has yet to do so. I have learned that I am not the only customer he has done this to.
