To start off, this is the 6th boat I have purchased and have owned ski boats to fishing boats and they all have been great and most of the dealers I have worked with have been ok.
I bought a new boat from Rogers in June of 2016 and have loved every second of using it. I was treated with respect and they went above an beyond to make sure that the boat was ready when I needed it and the one small warranty issue I had (Manufacturer defect) was taken care of immediately and without question. That was important to me because ALL boats have some small problem here or there and the real test is how it is handled by both the dealer and the manufacturer. In my case, it couldn't have been handled better. I would recommend these guys to anyone. (They also took me and my family on a couple of demos to try a couple of models and I thought that was good idea for both them and for my family to make sure I had the boat that worked best for my needs)
I bought this boat august 5th 2016.. sold to me as a new boat with 4 hours on it..I was told the boat was in excellent condition with no problems..the salesperson Bailey Barker failed to inform me of the transfer of warranty papers..when boat was delivered to my garage the next morning I had a cup of oil on my garage floor..Bailey said his men must have gotten sloppy and overfilled or spilled oil in cowling it took 2 weeks for the oil to stop dripping...took the boat and launched it 8 weeks later only to find the boat taking on water almost immediatley..they did a lousy job installing the transponder and i had to have it redone..after the second launch 14 days later the boat still takes on water from somewhere else in the hull..about 2 gallons of water in 6 hours...this is a new boat...shouldnt have any leaks.. Bailey said the boat was tested with no problems..that was a big lie..either it wasnt tested or they failed to mention the leaks or just missed it altogether!! This has caused me a lot of grief and I probably wont be able to launch for anothe 2 months until warranty work is done by someone other than rogers performance marine..bailey is trying to make them the victim and as a consumer me responsible for not my problem to begin with..they want to take no responsibility at all and cost of transporting elsewhere comes out of my pocket I plan on going on all social media websites and tell my story of getting ripped off and how they led to me this boat cost me 11,000.00 and I cant use it...pissed off in arizona mike
