Roger Wroda in Chicago and Utah states that he owns a 38' foot RV and he rents it out. He stole my money. He supplied all the documents and drivers license but when it comes to taking possession of the RV it does not exist.
He is a thief and stole our summer vacation. I tried to reach out to him as his phone is still valid and his email is as well but he just stole the money and ran.
