I'm not even sure how Yvette Rodriguez Graves is in business. She can barely speak English. She does not ever answer her calls, she does not return her messages, she tries to charge the tenant for the work and also bills the landlord for the same work.
Yvette Rodriguez Graves is very unethical, immoral and should not be in business. I have a case pending with the BBB and Attorney General. I hope no one has to deal with her. My family had a very bad experience. The properties are not maitained.
She has a tiny office and she shares because she cannot afford to have a real office.

Rodriguez Property Management company located in Kissimmee Fl is very unprofessional. I have several properties located in Florida and decided to go with Ivette D. Rodriguez. Shortly after renting a few of my properties I began to receive information from various sources that my properties were not being taken care of. After doing some investigative work I found out that Ivette rented one property to a drug dealer. The other property was rented to a alleged child abuser. I have so much damage in these two units it's almost better just to sell them at this point. Upon signing the agreement with Ivette she said she does thorough background checks and is the best in the business. This not the case. I have received so many fines as a result of dealing with this woman and she has the nerve to ask me for more money. My lawyer has discussed the legal position and will take action ASAP. I would not recommend this company.
