12-20-16 Absolutely awful experience. Worst customer service. As one of the other comments stated, I thought it would change things. Didn't do so. They ran my testosterone and said it was awfully low, kaiser on the other hand had ran it about a month prior and said it was on the higher end of normal. So I regretfully said ok sign me up for 1 year (about $2,000) and they gave me 10 weeks worth of testosterone and chb or whatever it is to make things continue to function properly. After 10 weeks I still saw no improvement and asked if I could just simply receive the difference of my cash back. They fought with me on the phone, got rather rude and I got a bit aggravated and responded with rudeness as well. That was dumb because now over the past 2 months I've called them AT LEAST 25 times asking to speak with Nathan again (the manager I originally spoke to) and then they put me on hold every time for like 10 minutes, then always return saying either "I don't know where he is" or "he's with a patient" then they offer to take my number so he can call me back. I give it to them every single time and never hear back. In fact the last 8 times I've called I've let the employee that answered the phone know this and they say they'll make sure he calls back. I've asked for another manager, apparently there is none. This is extremely aggravating because they also won't give me my next 10 weeks of shots. I've also asked that. I'm trying to avoid going down there unless I'm told positive news over the phone as I don't want to start any trouble going down there blind. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Most awful service and I wish I'd never gone. I can't believe this place is still in business it's riduculous. Don't go here, check with your normal physician first because this place lies. I feel like I just threw away 2 grand. **UPDATE Dec. 22nd** Oddly enough, 2 days after this original post, they contacted me, kind of funny considering I've been trying to reach them for roughly 2 months. I was working, thus was unable to answer at the time but checked my voice-mail not 5 minutes later to hear " uh yeah Wade this is our 4th time trying to contact you and we've been trying to get ahold of you, call us back. Again this is the 4th attempt in reaching you, give us a call... 4th time". Now that's not word for word but you get the point. They stressed 4th time pretty profusely. So, I called right back. Got voice-mail and left them one kindly stating I haven't gotten any missed calls from you but the one. Give me a call back. Then about a half hour later called again, an amployee answered and I asked for Nate the manager (the one I've been trying to reach for months and the one that left the vm) and the employee asked for my name and I told him and he responded with " Oh right.. it's you I knew you'd call back" and asked to put me on hold while he goes to find him. Sat on hold as usual about 10 minutes and he came back stating that Nate was on the phone with another patient asking if he could call me back. I agreed assuming he would. This was at about 9:30am and I have yet to hear back. Again horribly run business. Do not go here, it's a waste of time AND you'll practically get robbed. To top it all of they treat you with such a s****.>
