I have been emailing customer support due to the fact they are no longer taking phone calls. They dont actually talk to you nor do they read your complaint, they copy amd paste pre made responces.

My daughter has lost all her progress in her game. She lost all the money I spent on her inventory even her memership which I have not cancelled.

I have been trying to explain this to customer support, but they keep giving me generic responces. I need my money back from the memebership I never cancelled and they refuse to even answer this question.

They want me to log onto an old account they no I no longer have access too. The proof is all in my daughters new account which is as if she started over and all she did was change her username.

They owe me $30 based off all the things my daughter bought on the gaming platform, asking me to log into an account they know I no longer have access to but they themselves can investigate which they are not.

I have been going back and forth with them via for months now only for them to copy and paste the same responces that has nothing to do with what I asked in the email. Its a scam only to get you out your money.

I ask to speak with a supervisor or manager only for the to just give you complaint to someone else, for them to copy and paste the same exact thing the previous rep copy and pasted. I dont find any of this funny, for I spent my money on a service that totally is missing its gone.

They wont credit my account, they will not listen to my actual complaint. They juat sit there, copy and past and click send. They are not invrstigating issues.

They dont prompt you to change your passwords. Make sure you are all changing your childs password when making his or her account. This is fraud to get you out yout money they will not even return to you.

Something needs to be done about this. My child has been using roblox as a way to stay in touch with her friends and she can no longer do this due to the insenitivity and greed of both roblox and its workers. All of which is lazy and money hungry.

I purchased 2 Roblox Gift Cards. One for $20.00 and one for $25.00. After numerous times to trying to redeem without being able to I contacted Roblox. First they said they were already redeemed. Next they said that they credited account $25.00. Next they said they credited account $45.00. They did not do any of these things.

I've paid into the Roblox platform for the reoccuring monthly charge including purchasing the currency used on the platform in upwards of 200 or more dollars for my son. My son is closely monitored on every online game by both me and his mother.

He logged in the other day and found that his account was deleted for the reason of posting adult content. At no time did he post anything that would be considered adult content. I contacted Roblox serveral times via email and phone to resolve the issue or to find out what exactly was the cause, I never recieved any correspondance from them.

I logged into my son's account today and now there is a different reason for the deletion, and again I contacted them with no response. I would like them to remove my credit card and stop charging me for the builders club, they are taking money without providing a service.

My Son did not enter any card information, no name or anything else all he did was enter a password and it did not ask for any other information.

Google has been contacted as well as apeals department. Google has reinstated his account on there end.

Roblox has denied every attempt that i have made, it was a mistake. And Roblox deleted my Sons account that i purchased

hundreds of dollars worth of stuff over the years. My Son spent many hours building up all his games and it's all gone now.

He has moved on to play Fortnite and buy Vbux instead he was devistated and in tears and very hurt because of the way

Roblox handled this situation. I am angry because i spent a lot of money on his account. It used to be when you buy something its YOURS.

Very, Very unsatisfied Ex-Roblox user. I was spending money on my account and my Sons and I now canceled both of our builders clubs that I was paying monthly for. We are done with Roblox , we don't need stress because Roblox doesn't treat there customers fairly.

It is also my understanding from Google that it is illegal for his phone to have stored that information since he is not of legal age, so this is also a legal issue.

A loyal customer for many years and now because of one accidental purchase on my Sons phone they deleted his whole account and wouldn't give it back.

My son likes and uses this game. One can purchase enhancements via giftcard (robux credit) and add a balance to an account. We did this. However, if you use the Amazon app, any purchase will not use the robux credit but rather automatically use your credit card specified in Amazon one-click settings. After discovering this we contacted roblox customer service on this issue to see if we could apply the credit. Their response was two days later, which in the meantime Amazon helped us and we figured the only way to use a credit is via the website where we entered the robux credit number, not within the app. Their reply was of a form-letter type saying the account was suspended and my son banned. So the bottom line is we paid for this and now he cannot use it at all and through no fault of his, he cannot play and interact with his friends with this app. This is an unacceptable business practice.

Roblox is ripping us off through our kids/grandkids. They charge an enormous amount of money to get robux so the kids can buy something they want and parents feel really bad when they don't have that kind of money to spend. They put special offers on there for stuff and then charge thousands of robux to buy them. The only way this is going to stop is if we parents and grandparents REFUSE to pay those outrageous prices. We need to stop feeding into that game and making it ok for Roblox to rip us off. If we unite and stop giving them our money then they will either go bankrupt or lower their prices. It's time for us to take a stand and stop these people from ripping us off. Not to mention they process payments without consent and then never respond to emails from us. This company needs to be stopped and the only way to do that is through their wallets.

I bought 400 robux for $5 but they maid me pay $10 extra dollars so I wasted $10 dollars that i didn't needed to pay so can you please return the $10 to the credit card

This company has no IT errors !

Kids buy virtual clothes at very expensive prices.

They will not give your money back.

I use Twitter and contact CEO and another director none were bothered about exploiting kids.

They have no manager, no address to contact.

This company needs investigating
