Rented for 2 years at North Hills Townhomes without issue! Many units had foundational issues that caused water leaks in the units. Our next door neighbor was handicapped and they relocated them for repairs. Durring the repairs they found that the condition was worse than expected and instead of relocating us they served us and 3 others eviction notices. We had a verbal agreement to vacate however we would need the 30 days to find a place. They agreeded and then filled with the courts. We had a constible serve us papers for eviction!
When we went to court on that date, the realitor showed up looked around the room saw us and left. At this point we were already moved out of the location anyway. The judge dismissed the case at that point and we choose not to seek damages against them. We rented a place for 3 years and when moving I checked my credit and there was an eviction on my record.
Apparently they refiled on us (while we had already moved) and somehow got an eviction on our record! A months rent is 800 and somehow it sais $3000!
The neighbors at 5024, 5022, 5026 all has similar things happen to them!
They are LIERS and wont provide us with true owners information, it is obvious they are pocketting the money! I spoke to the police and got a call from the DA because there were similar reports made!
