They tried to sell me a blue 09 Challenger R/T 6speed 84K miles. The car was found to have had extensive previous body damage that they did not disclose. The paint was a horrible respray on the passenger door and quarter hidden by vinyl stripes. It was only refinished to the vinyl stripe line. The rear quarter panel was full of bondo. Car also had bald tires and an inop parking brake priced all at full retail. The car was listed at $18,600. They wrote it up for $20,000 because of my "credit situation" and luckily "they got me approved" thru Chrysler Financial. They added a junk after market warranty that required me return there an hour away for oil changes that I explained I did not want. The warranty was supposedly required by Chrysler financial but that was a lie.
I was given no trade allowance basically giving them my pristine 2001 infinity q45. In all they attempted to finance $22,900 for a challenger that appraised at $10,500. The next day my girlfriend decided she wanted my Infiniti. She gave me the $1000 they gave me for the trade in. They said I could only buy it back for $1850 and could not change the original deal. I contacted Chrysler financial explaining all the above and they said to return the car. After 2 days of attempts to either make it right or return it they kept telling me I could not return it and would do no repairs or modify the original paperwork. Luckily I was able park that POS Challenger up front and repo my Infiniti with a spare key that was blocked in the back with a mustang I had to put in neutral and push out of the way just to leave. BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKED LIARS!!
