Robert Whittier, on initial meeting, comes off as a marketing/modeling/promoter extraordinaire. He introduces himself as a former casting director who worked on the set of Entourage, a modeling promotor/manager, an expert in networking and marketing; but he is none of the above. Mr. Robert Whittier is a fraud - if that’s even his real name. When researched on-line, his name shows no history beyond a certain point. This is usually a HUGE red flag. Several friends of mine have been introduced to Mr. Whittier over the years from Las Vegas to L.A. and were told very similar stories resembling the complaint from RIP OFF REPORT of previous scams involving Robert Whittier and his repeated hustle of, " you have a great look...I can get you modeling jobs..I know people that own modeling agencies...my good friends are casting directors, you’ll be great for movies,” and so on. In order for any of this to happen, they would have to spend $600 for new photos, with photographers he selects and $600 for acting classes with his friends that are the so called , "casting directors”. Sounds familiar doesn't it?
Look up Robert Whittier in the previous rip off report of 2005 and you'll find the same characters involved: casting directors, a photographer, and Robert Whittier. See the connection? Those in the "know" in the modeling/entertainment industry have not heard of Robert Whittier. A credible agent would have your pictures taken with their photographers (for free) and would have an IMDB account stating his prior work. The only employment on his FB page is for Rovia and World Traveler - timeshare/vacation club My research shows that his timeshare agent license was revoked. You would have to perform miserably to have happen. Reviews have even ironically called this company "SCAM ARTISTS”.
Now, is Mr. Whittier a nice guy, sure he is? As with most con artists he surrounds himself with successful people and is first to work with you if it’s important to his agenda. But don’t be deceived; Mr. Whittier sells many a pipe dreams at a great financial cost to you- with very little to no outcome for said individual. He over promises and grossly under to never delivers. Check Google, Check IMBD. Those that truly believe in you will set those meetings, get those auditions, and get those photo shoots done. Robert Whittier and his current crew are jumping from one industry to the next. It’s apparent that they are now in the fundraising business for a sudden political campaign covering their scams under the blanket of campaign contributions for a candidate running for CD3. It has been said that the entire campaign team is now under the control of the newly formed The Roberts Group.
It’s unclear why the candidate's established Campaign Manager and the original campaign volunteers have all left. However, this all happened quickly after the introduction of Robert Whittier to her campaign. It is obvious he manipulated and strategized an attack on the team and broke the core of this campaign with unprofessional nonsense and over whelming manipulation. It seems very suspect that this candidate lacks the organization to produce a proper political campaign with a lack of volunteers. There is no BUDGET for a proper campaign yet all the pressure to raise more money from a completely new team of volunteers that has come 95% from Mr. Whittier and The Roberts Group. If anyone has any information about this man and his past scams or have heard of anyone who has been a victim of fraud, please report it to the authorities.
