I hired Mr Robert G. Hill in August 2005 for a John W. Toftum Homes duplex rental court case. I paid him the $500 fee. He didn't do anything in court. The duplex rental contract stated "Move in date- February 1st, 2005 or whenever". My Hill stated it was an illegal contract, but did nothing in court in August 2005. I lost the case & had to pay 2 Deputies $3199.99 in cash when they showed up in May 2006 at my new home.
I appealed the case, paid Waupaca County, WI Sheriffs Department fees to serve the Appeal papers. Judge John Finn dismissed the Appeals case, stating "You don't have a claim!" Mr Hil did nothing in court.
I was ripped off $3199.99 plus the $500 Attorney fees, plus Sheriffs Department fees for a total of about $3900. What a rip off! An Attornet that won't or can't stick up for his clients in court.
