Robert Hawkins, LPC Reviews

Beware of this man!!! Robert Hawkins is an unprofessional predator of women. I submitted to a posting online in regards to a gig for models. The ad stated that the model would get paid for a shoot as well as be a brand ambassador for a company. He responded via text message and stated the position was available in Pittsburg, PA. He mentioned I would have to pay my travel out there as well as one hotel night stay however he would pay my trip back as well as any additional night stays at the hotel. He promised that once I got there and explained the details of the position, I would sign a contract with the company and would have a photo shoot the next day. He made statements that made it obvious that is was a guarantee that I would be getting the position with his company and the choice was ultimately mine. He also promised to reimburse my entire trip once I signed the agreement for employment.

This was all said through phone call and text which I still have saved as evidence. He also made me many promises that did not come to fruition. I bought a ticket for one date to go out to where he was located and he cancelled asking to reschedule. The ticket I had bought was non-refundable and I had to purchase another ticket. I asked him to reimburse that ticket that I lost money on and he promised he would. Once I got to my destination, he picked me up from the bus terminal with his friend who was driving the car. He called that friend his "driver". They called for a hotel that had available rooms and drove me to that location. I went in with Robert and I had to pay close to $200 for the first night stay. He sat down with me in the room showing me documents of proof for all seven of his businesses as well as checks. He also spoke to me about how the company gives back to the community. He told me the position would entail me traveling to different areas in the country, setting up networking events for the company and hosting them. This seemed to match my level of expertise since I was working at a job where I was doing that type of work. However, Robert was offering more pay (a few thousand per event) along with extra perks such as a company car to travel certain distances back and forth since the position required a lot of traveling and the none of the work was in NY which is where I reside. The modeling was also an opportunity for me to take part in since one of his many companies brand models and talent and provide opportunities for them. I told him I was determined to begin so he said he would leave and return at a later time once I was settled to go out for a dinner meeting (since I was starving and did not eat yet) to discuss further and begin signing paperwork. I did just that preparing for a second meeting. He texted me later that evening asking to have something sexy on for him before he came. I told him that not only did I not have something sexy to put on, but that I was not comfortable and my boyfriend would not appreciate that. He immediately retracted saying he was disappointed that I said no to him andbrhen said that this business opportunity was not going to work out. I told him I understood however I still would require him to reimburse my transportation for the full trip along with taking me to catch the bus back to NY early the next morning. He promised he would via text. I also mentioned that I was still very hungry and I requested that he help me get around or at least offer to bring me a meal since I had no idea where I was and I did not have a car. Again, he retracted so I had order food from nearby. I texted him early the next morning requesting to be taken to the bus and he did not respond. I had to call for a cab instead. Once I got to bus terminal ,I again texted him requesting to pay my ticket and reimburse me for the trip since he did not follow through because I was willing to do the position and again he did not respond. Days later I reached out to him for my reimbursement several time and he kept giving me the run around that he would pay me back through western union. I finally spent the day calling him contunuiously because hew as beginning to ignore my phone calls and he text me to stop calling him, to f**k myself, and that he was not going to give me anything. Not once have I been disrespectful to him in any way. I just told him that he will hear from my attorney from that point forward. I never once gave an implication that I was interested im him on a personal and a non professional level. He also never once hinted that the position came with "strings attached" or I would have otherwise stayed home. I mean I don't need to say much more. This person is clearly "bottom of the barrell" Ladies if you hear from him or see him, stay away. It's clear that he has a record of doing this and using women.

This bumb.... Where do I start. He posted on Craigslist that he had an entertainment job opening, models, dancers, greeters. So I contacted him. That was my first mistake, craigslist. We set up an interview and I got all dressed up like a person should for an interview. He made me meet him at a restaurant at bakery square. He claims to have a studio IN BAKERY SQUARE he works from and but refuse to take me to it. Wouldn't it be ideal to hold an interview there??? First off, he shows up looking like a typical numb, but claims to run 6 companies, and he told me about this open job, that he's looking for a greeter for his event that he's hosting, and he'd buy me clothes, get my hair and nails done and s**t, so I look professional for it.

I said okay what do I have to do to start. And he said there's more to it.... What he does is hosts events he claims to be hosted at THE MANSION AT MAPLE HEIGHTS. He said that a lot of his clients are older men who want "companions" aka escorts and they take out, buy stuff for and spoil us rotten, with no sex involved. NO SEX??? For $200 an hour. Fishy as hell huh? We talk about what the job entails: the basics are 200 an hour for no sex just greeting old men and making them feel special. Im like okay... To good to be true but sign me up.

We talk about what the job entails and when he asked if I wanted to be HIS companion I politely declined and said that I'm just in it for the money, and i think it would end poorly if I got involved with my own boss, and he showed me the way to the bus stop. I texted him the day after asking for a link to his website, cause surely someone with 4 degrees and 6 companies has a website. And he said he "found another girl for the job" so again, he declined my request for a website for like the 3rd time. So I look up his name on my own, this dancing, modeling "corporation" and a link is nowhere to be found except for this website. So ladies, don't feel bad that you didn't get the job. Non of us got the job cause it doesn't exist. He basically want to pay you to be his girlfriend. There's no dancing job!!!
