I placed a order in Robert Graham online stores on december 19th 2021 and by december 21th 2021 I recieved a email coming from the Robert Graham telling me that a parcial refund of my order has been processed. I was dissapointed about my purchased because on this times that everything is moving to online purchasing if you are not able to control propely your inventory you are out of the bussines for the fustration that this will create in you custumer.
By 3 weeks later I call the company to see what was happening with my refund because I was had not recieved and still one of my items haven't arrived yet. Be honest just made contact with customer services is a challenge, doesn't matter by what time, day you call, is impossible to contact any body.
when I finally made contact, the costumer service is not helpfull. they don't know nothing about your items, even if you provide them the order number. They cannot do nothing they just tell you they will call you back but guess what? They never do it.
Thank the lord I paid with paypal and I filed a case with them in order to get my US $277.00 back. I think you charge a customer the amount of money that you request for a shirt you should have a better logistic systems and more important a better costumer services.
