I tried to get plan for health insurance rep information and refused to send plan information refused to me name after he got rude with me asked why on the phone. I told him I paying any for health insurance till I get plan for health insurance. Rep refused to speak to further and when I called at 8:30pm requested supervisor Joseph refused to pass me over insurance agent department and I called again Supervisor Michael refused transfer me to the insurance agent company and claimed they closed for the day. I could call insurance prices but to complain about rude agent. Oh I didn't tell you my first two calls the prep rep asked my I wants coverage for myself and my wife I said yes and he asked me about anyone on social security disability I said yeah he said not eligible hung up on me. I called back got rep who barely spoke English I hung called back got another prep rep that was hard to understand because English wasn't was not there first language. I put up this person and got the rude insurance agent. So much for customers services.
