I am beyond disappointed! I had planned my kids entire birthday around this particular entertainment and booked well in advance with deposit. Got a call 5 days prior to birthday saying that Robert can't make it at our agreed upon time now because he's booked until 2pm.
Robert couldn't have figured this out sooner???? The person named Sweet that made the call didn't even bother to apologize. She had a very whatever attitude towards the situation. They also didn’t refund me. I become scammed by Robert Berry. Extremely unprofessional!
