Early in May, 2021 I responded to a car listing on Ebay Motors regarding a classic and fully restored (allegedly) 1965 Mustang GT-350 Tribute Car. The listing contained several very beautiful photos of this vehicle taken in some car showroom in California. The listing stated as follows:

This is a beautiful mustang inside and out
Restored in 2018 this car is in gorgeous shape, the car has its original V8 289 and its original c4 automatic both matching numbers which were both rebuilt in 2018

This was the exact ad listing as it appeared on ebay motors.
Mr. Adams kept delaying sending the vehicle after I had sent him the funds because he charged me an additional $1,000 to re-install what he said was the factory A/C unit and also he had the correct rear valance for a GT-350 installed when I pointed out to him that the one on the car in the photos wasn't a correct one for a GT-350 or even just a regular GT model Mustang so he agreed to correct that issue.
When the vehicle finally was delivered on or about May 22, 2021 my heart sank as I realized I had been scammed by this seller.
The transport guy that had been hired by the seller couldn't get the car to start and idle so he could unload the vehicle. After starting and restarting several times he finaly forced the car to run long enough so he could unload it onto the street.
After he got the car off of the transport truck it lost all of its radiator fluids all over the street so we had to let it sit and cool down so we could add water to the radiator.
Then the transport guy wanted me to pay for the transport and I informed him that the seller had agreed to pay for that as part of the sales price of $33,000.00
The transport guy then called his boss and owner of the transport who contacted the seller, Mr. Adams and after much back and forth I was told Mr. Adams paid them for the transport so they left me and the car stranded in the middle of the street with a car that wouldn't run and idle as it should and had a serious coolant issue.
Now, here we are on July 22, 2021 and after I've had the car towed to two different classic car specialty repair shops in the San Antonio TX market area, I've paid almost $1,500 just to have the collant issues repaired, timing set and compression checked so the car can at least be driven however the car still has other issues such as guages and lights not working as they should, the A/C unit that the seller re installed doesn't work and WILL NOT work as its got the wrong compressor and needs all new lines etc so its cheaper to replace the whole system than to repair this one.
The seller knew he was charging $1,000 to reinstall a useless and non working A/C unit that is basically Junk!
I would tell anybody looking to purchase anything from this seller to stay away and save your money.
