Much like other reports, our experience with RMN Construction took a negative turn after the refusal of payment. Rob often requests to work under a budget and continues to add additional requirements to your project after a budget has been established, without any willingness to expand that budget. He avoids giving any feedback or acceptance in writing so that he can frequently question your memory on past discussions.
When it comes time to payment, he heavily critiques the work and freezes the entire project for incredibly minor detail preferences (changing an accent color, tweaking text, etc.), often times being vague in what he wants to see - then blames the delay on the project on you.
If Rob decides he wants to speak to you and you are unavailable, he bombards every form of communication you have, including reaching out to mutual contacts and involving people that are not affiliated to the project.
In our experience, Rob has withheld paying for a large, long-term project, exclaiming both that "he doesn't think it's worth [what we agreed on]" and that "his time is more valuable."
