I engaged RJR Kitchens in February 2021 to make a couple of pantry cabinets and a TV unit. Agreed to go ahead with the Quote on the 1st of March 2021. I was advised that I would have everything installed by Easter 2021.
I did not get the first unit installed until Late April 2021, the 2nd unit was installed in Late May 2021. I am still waiting on the installation of the TV Unit and the repair to the broken door and door handle installations. Richard never contacts you, I have had to chase him everytime to get information on when my units will be installed, there is always an excuse, covid has slowed supply, my machine has broken, factory got hit by lightning... You name it I have had the excuse.
I have had to resort to making threats to get some form of communication from him, I am now looking to take him to court to get my items installed or my money back. Do not use this guy or this company, customer service is non existant, all you get fed is lies, he will take your money and "run". AVOID at all costs.
