Hired Rivera's Outdoor Services to remove old concret sidewalk and porch and got a disaster in return. Owner stated he didn't do concert work but his partner did. Owner ended up doing work. Sidewalk and porch look horrible with unevenness and puddling everywhere.
And that's not the worst, while using the jack hammer he has jacked through our basement ceiling. we now have water damage and holes in the ceiling. When we contacted him and asked for his state number he gave us a false or unregistered number. Did not give us his insurance information and will not answer or return our calls.
Even worse our homeowners will not cover damage created from a hired contractor. ? So now we are stuck with a horrible embarrsing sidewalk with holes in our basement ceiling and rain water flowing in when it rains.
